Just adding to the discourse here and wanted to share some of my own thoughts on this. We all have negative energies swirling around us, but to act on them is a choice not a "confusion". I'm a big believer that we all carry the capacity for the greatest good and the utmost horror and that all humans are lovable/ redeemable no matter what, but to call it a confusion is a palatable way to skirt around accountability, and if there is no accountability the person cannot grow. Even if a client or student has "abuse me" energy (which is hard to hear, but I get it on some level) if you are a good practitioner you should be able to discern these energies and if you are unable, you must be an energetic match and or have an even stronger presence of "abuser" energy since you are the one actually committing the act. On another note, I hear what you are saying about going from a higher frequency to a lower frequency and then seeing that experience from a lower perspective. But I think that we also need to include a trauma informed perspective where people have had real experiences of abuse that have been forced into suppression until that person felt a certain level of safety to even remember, process, express and release the trauma that the subconscious was trying to protect them from. Hence allegations coming out years later. On a personal note, I was in a dearmouring course late last year where multiple times when I had set a boundary or stated a need, I was met with resistance and shaming from my teacher. In hindsight I admit to giving away my power to a teacher that I held to more esteem then my own damn safety. That being said I think it's easy in these spaces to get caught up in the groupthink of it all and give away your autonomy to someone who is supposed to be more knowledgeable then you on something (especially when most of the people who come into these spaces are already deeply wounded) . Looking back I left that coarse sick and dissociated. There are other things that happened that I feel were distasteful which I will not speak of here but it took leaving the situation and multiple weeks to realize what exactly was bothering me because I was still processing the experience. Not because I was going from a higher vibration to a lower vibration, but because I was out of the situation that was "traumatizing." And so it goes

this is how Western people destroyed a beautiful ancient Indian practice (yoga"), giving the wrong idea. for all the visitors here, the person and the lady are acting. They actually don't know anything. it is a pure act to mislead people. please don't believe and fall into these traps.

Hi Elliott, thank you for this explanation! Though I am still a bit confused about the kundalini energy and the chi/prana. Is it the chi/prana (which you are charging the body with) that goes into the blocks in our bodies/energy system etc allowing the kundalini to maybe eventually rise (leading to an expansion in consciousness). Or is it the activated kundalini (by the chi/prana) that goes into the blocks? And if so: then it is rising as well? Because it can reach your throat chakra for example, when there is a block?
