1 year update: Peter's Professional Yield Booster + HB101 has been really good to my hawos! Despite living in hot lowlands in Cebu City, most of my haworthias are plump and green ❤
Your patience, dedication and paying attention to detail are exceptional. The video clearly shows your love and care for your these haworthias. Thanks. I am subscribing your channel.
I like the way you presented the propagation process. Very informative. I often did the same with leaf propagation. I understand that you must keep the whole leaf down to the base. However, I could not make them root because they always begin to dry out from the base to the top. The base of the leaf just upon removal is always thin and papery and this one dries first. Do I have to cut it down? How much to cut?
What do you do about the water in the tray after you water them? Do you take them all out, empty the tray then put them all back? Sounds like a huge pain, maybe install a drain instead or do you siphon it out with a tube/hose?
The cup for holding humidity is genius. Sounds like a good way to help dehydrated hawos too. I personally use coco peat, carbonized rice hull and vermicast as my soil mix. And I'm super happy with the results.
This is great to show how to prep for propagation, but it lacks information on what you do after cutting for propagation. How much light? Water? Type of soil? This would all be great information to add to this video so a viewer that is clueless (like me) can see it through the whole process.
