Geometry nerd making Cities: Skylines videos. I aim to create and share interesting city designs, showcase efficient road layouts and traffic management solutions, balancing efficiency and aesthetics.
My latest city on my PC's Cities Skylines 1 (not 2) install is called "Remigia", which I first created in 2022 and uses the Roslyn Peninsula map and I still work on it.
That one thing the game did not really improve is the response to the disaster of the people in the game. You know, just be cool, flood comes and goes. Keep walking like nothing happens 😅
To answer your concern at 21:50. I'm from Los Angeles, and we have canals with bridges like that everywhere, even over neighborhoods! I actually advise against the flat type, unless you can get some sort of decoration in. Since its vanilla, make all spans look the same, but NOT the horizontal design.
