Thank you! I am glad you enjoyed it. On average I burn up to 300 calories during these 20 minute workouts. Keep in mind every person will achieve different results depending on how you perform individually. If you keep pushing yourself, take minimal breaks, and keep moving you can achieve similar. At the end of the day just do your best and keep pushing yourself. The results will follow if you are staying consistent, strict with your routines and diets. Remember, it’s a journey not a sprint to the finish. ☺️

Looks like a great workout. I love following your channel. Unfortunately, I recently broke my foot. Do you have any suggestions on a workout I can do while having a broken foot?
I appreciate it! Sorry about your foot. While you are healing you can transition to upper body exercises with or without dumbbells. Try some modified pushups on your knees or you can cross feet to put pressure on one foot/leg w pushups. If you have dumbbells focus on seated curls, tricep exercises, shoulders, or chest exercises as they don’t require you to be on your feet. Also, take this time to focus on core/abs workouts. If you have access to a pool you can also work on low impact workouts like swimming or water aerobics. If you have access to a gym you can find plenty of machines that you can use as well. Hope this helps and I hope you heal up quick to get back into working out 100% 💪💪
Absolutely, that is a great way of thinking. Remember, fitness is a marathon not a sprint. Quality over quantity. It’s better to start somewhere than to never begin. Keep up the great work! Thanks for checking out the workout 💪
I appreciate the comment but this is a HIIT style workout: HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate followed by short periods of rest. Basically, you push harder for a short duration (20 seconds to a few minutes) before slowing down for an equal or slightly longer active recovery period. Repeat this back-and-forth process throughout the workout.
Awesome job! As you do more of these workouts your physical cardio endurance will increase. Always remember to control your breathing as much as you can during these workouts. You don’t want to starve your muscles of oxygen. Ultimately, do the best you can! Great job with everything!
