You sound a little bit extra hungry and lowering energy. You should try adding more dates into your diet or eating more sugar baked potatoes, steamed rice, boiled corn and sugarcane juice and focus on building fitness rather than eating less, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
Checkout my video “Why I Gave Up Cooked Food” for an explanation. Yes, I was hungry and low energy in that video because I was doing a challenge to get myself off of nuts because they cause asthma attacks. Not being able to eat whatever I want causes me to eat less. I don’t like dates anymore so those are a no go. I’ve been eating a lot more since that video so I have more energy.
interesting! I have had huge problems with bloating after a year raw vegan. I'm thinking about experimenting with Mostly juices during the day and the big salad and fruit at dinner to see what happens. And maybe a 3-7 day juice fast sprinkled in once in a while
so in christianity ur not supposed to have any false idols. The reason dogs and cats are pets is they can be. The lord also said do not fear animals so we don’t and they can become pets
If you have allergy problems, try upping your water intake dramatically. Do it slowly overtime if your water intake is quite low, I would recommend building it up overtime to at least 1 L of water before each breakfast lunch dinner and bed so total of 4 L per day it’s worth a shot, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
Whenever I hear this claim I think about those people who would be like “YEAH, I can just pound a pack of beers every morning and not get addicted.” Like, sure, it’s maybe possible, but it doesn’t mean that it’s a good idea…
@zipppyheyday5570 Cats on a plant-based diet often exhibit better health than those on a meat-based diet. Reviewing studies and research on this topic is crucial. Additionally, consulting your vet is important to ensure your cat is on the optimal diet for their well-being. Synthetic taurine is added to both meat-based and plant-based cat food to ensure cats get enough of this essential nutrient. During the production of meat-based cat food, most taurine is lost, necessitating its reintroduction by pet food manufacturers. Therefore, meat-based cat food relies on supplemental nutrients rather than those naturally present in the animal-derived ingredients. Similarly, synthetic taurine is also added to plant-based cat food.
Not according to research and studies. There is proof that cats do best on a plant based diet. Please do your research! Edit: referring to domesticated house cats.
Just my personal opinion, i think cats do best on a mix of both plant based and meat based foods :] cats are omnivores although they have a naturally more carnivorous diet. I think cats would prefer to eat meat but introducing a variety of different foods can be good for health and a mixed diet can be helpful in getting the cat a variety of different vitamins and proteins.
@healthystrongminds that's like saying that not all smokers get lung cancer so cigarettes aren't that bad for you. If you can't give your cat the proper diet it requires to thrive please don't own one.
@nick7777777666 I never suggested feeding cats a diet that's unsuitable for them. As a vegan, I support whichever diet allows a cat to thrive, whether that's meat-based or plant-based. It's important for owners to consult with their vet to make the best decision for their cat's health.
@@healthystrongminds but why risk a vegan diet with a cat when a animal diet works 99.99% of the time unless the cat has a medical condition it should never be on anything but a animal protein diet.
@nick7777777666 not everyone is taking chances when it comes to ensuring their cats' health. Research and studies indicate that cats thrive on a plant-based diet. Hence, individuals are opting for this dietary choice because they prioritize their cats' well-being.
Try looking at higher quality sources for such important information, especially if you’re going to be spreading it online, please. Even all the standard veterinary and animal-related non-profits are in complete agreement on this. It may be potentially possible to add sufficient supplements to a vegan diet, but it would require constant bloodwork to maintain the proper levels because organisms have been shown to absorb nutrients best from whole foods. And any supplements like that would be from animal products anyways, so why not make it all safer and just feed them what they evolved to consume. Cats are obligate carnivores, they will at least go blind with a vegan diet unless it is properly supplemented, but there’s not nearly enough research available to know exactly how much your pet needs to get the right levels in their bodies. Just feed them a high quality, meat-based cat food. Please!
@@willowtdog6449 I've consulted numerous sources, but it's crucial for individuals to conduct their own research rather than expecting me to list 10 different studies. Collaborating with a veterinarian is essential for determining the most suitable diet for one's cat. No they can’t they are obligate carnivores. Their bodies cannot process plants. If you want a pet that doesn’t eat meat, then get a rabbit. Cats have to eat meat.
According to studies comparing plant-based and meat-based diets for cats, cats are healthier on a plant-based diet. However, cats cannot be vegan, as veganism is an ethical stance tied to human values, while cats are natural hunters by instinct.

Have you conducted studies on plant based cats vs meat based cats? From the studies and research I’ve found, cats fed a plant based diet had better health outcomes for every health indicator studied. They have to eat animal meat to get their nutritional benefits to survive. It’s literally encoded inside them after millions of years. Trying to feed a cat plants-only would be like adding antifreeze to your gas tank
No, they cannot. They have so many issues from having too small of kidneys to needing a larger amount of protein then humans, they would get I’ll pretty fast and die young of kidney problems.
According to studies conducted, plant based cats vs meat based cats. Yes! Source: www.mdpi.com/2306-7381/10/1/52 bmcvetres.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12917-021-02754-8
@healthystrongminds Where are these studies conducted from and who by, which breeds of cat participated in these studies specifically, and how much time did it take to fully come to that conclusion from the people who took the time to study this? Because cats are obligate carnivores meaning they eat meat as a necessity because they cannot obtain all the nutrients needed from plants and other bacteria.
@iamfabulousfaaab I pinned a comment at the top with a link to a study. You can also Google "Plant Based Diets for Cats Study" to find more information. I never claimed that all cats are healthy on a plant-based diet. It's crucial for pet owners to work with a knowledgeable vet and do what's best for their cat, as some cats may be healthier on a meat-based diet.
I do eat room temperature food as I mentioned in the video. If you’re referring to cooking food then letting it cool down to room temperature it still causes me to binge eat, acne breakouts, pelvic pain, stomachaches, nausea, etc. I hate being in pain! Unfortunately doctors were unable to help me, I’ve seen so many specialist it’s ridiculous. This diet works for me. Watch my video "Why I Gave Up Cooked Food?" for more details.
We may call the cows who produce milk “mothers,” but they never actually get to be mothers because their babies are taken away from them after birth. And we certainly don’t treat them with the respect that mothers deserve. Cows and other factory-farmed female animals endure being raped repeatedly, and their babies are torn away from them before they’re all killed. When a human is forcibly and involuntarily violated sexually, it’s called “rape.” When animals on factory farms are forcibly and involuntary violated sexually, it’s called “artificial insemination.” Female cows, pigs, and turkeys are routinely raped-their bodies are violated through artificial insemination. Female mammals also often endure botched deliveries, and then their babies are taken away shortly after birth. The very core of factory farming is breeding. Farmers exploit the female reproductive system to keep up a steady influx of new victims whom they can turn into “products” on supermarket shelves. Souce: PETA You’re welcome to do your own research. I highly recommend watching Dominion. It’s free on RU-vid.

Wait r***d ? So someone is c*****g inside these animals then selling the meat ? What companies are doing this ? we need to boycott these companies for real not joking I feed my family these meats.
Google “fecal matter in chicken”. There is so much evidence and it’s legal. The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has a zero-tolerance policy for visible fecal contamination in meat and poultry processing plants. However, the policy only applies to visible contamination, and chicken products can pass inspection even if feces are not visible to the naked eye.
