Hey brother I have the full malossi 94cc kit but having trouble setting up the 28mm dellorto carb that came with it. Q: do u remember know how many turns out you did the fuel mixture screw? 😒 and what size Main fuel jet you using? Thank you
this engine is no joke to play with. 30+ HP not your average DR level 10 baby set up. You will get a spanking big time from the Italians. Putting this on my Genuine Buddy 50.
Triple tree neck diameter was the same size as a stock jog triple tree diameter. Direct bolt on. Ordered from aliexpress.com. Just search Aluminum jog triple tree.
I had two Jogs at one point. On this one I made a custom mount that I fabricated and welded myself. The other i bought an Easyboost mount that I had to modify slightly for my Jog with the complete RC-one.
@@overse9624 I am also having trouble with this. I was going to buy a Stage6 or a F&F Motor frame mount for a similar model, like Aerox or JogRR and use it as a starting point, adapt it from there (trying to mount 2Fast cases to Jog frame). So you are saying the Easyboost mounts are a closer fit? Which one did you buy? I would rather not have to extend/trying to retain factory length and 10' wheels. Thank you so much in advance, so hard to find info on these kinds of Jogs and fitting Euro parts to them
@@Beidjsixnaoanduejwiznwnaizlwm Easyboost Subframe Extension Yamaha Aerox MBK Nitro - Take the carburettor to the rear Increase the wheelbase by 10 cm - Made in France Anything you get will have to be modified anyway. This kit is easily adjustable in or out.
@@overse9624 thank you so so much I really appreciate the info. I am not looking to extend at all and hoping to mount 2fast passion cases to the Jog - is there any particular reason why you aren't suggesting to start with the Stage6 mount? More work to modify for Jog? Thank you!
There water cooled so they only run in the 150 degree range. Compared to 350 of air cooled. The material doesn’t expand as much do to heat. Depends on what your doing also. Racing you’d probably want to take the cylinder apart more often than your daily driving. But normal ring wear is all your looking at if the cylinder is sealed up good. Keep an eye on your compression. I have less than 100 miles on this bike. I haven’t even bothered.
@overse9624 I have a derbi gp1 with the rc1 and my temp is around 154-160. Is that normal? The malossi temp controller shows it's hot so I'm kind of not sure
Guy sold me the complete engine because he was moving out of state. It was his custom build. I was gonna put together a twin 2fast or Roost 100cc for the Jog frame, but the price was too good to pass up.
I have a 1992 super jog zr and I put a street build on it.. and it’s been stumbling..kinda like the clutch is slipping or something but I have change everything in the cvt and jets and cvt cases, seals. And still does it. And it’s not as fast as it should be
They don’t sell Aerox or zip here in the states. There has been a couple lucky guys that have had there Aeroxs imported. But we do have Aprila’s and gileras. Brandon at swapshop has a 180.
What’s top speed on the 94cc rc-one with ur setup ?? Was contemplating doing the 94cc rc-one myself on my Zuma . Ave not heard much about the setup lots of buzzing the rc-one 70cc
Joey Riveira Only getting 80mph right now. No porting done. Plus I’m a heavy guy. The gyronetic rims are a little on the heavy side too. I think if I ran the full fairing kit I could squeeze 85mph out of her. Maybe
That is pretty impressive for the cc displacement . Isn’t the head ported from mallosi ?? What carb r u running also r u on street tires or dual sort tires . Sorry for all the questions just trying to figure out the best setup .
Joey Riveira it’s a complete RC-one engine kit. So it’s the 28mm dellorto that comes in the package. Heads just a high compression style head for tighter squish with using a thin base gasket. Squish is only .7 for a daily driver that way I can run regular 92 octane. One mile an hour per CC is what we’re shooting for. My 77cc does 75mph. But I’m a heavy guy too.
2Stroke Dream Yeah intakes ran at a 45* angle. Just needed a little more height on the float for added fuel. Fixed it right away. At first I thought it was timing.
headz Got a pretty good deal on the RC-One and rims brand new $2,600 usd. $400 in powder coating alone. Scooter was given to me free. Handle bars, brakes, discs, triple tree, cables, etc. another $500. Fairings I had to pay $200 for. Temp gauge, radiators, lighting kit, plus anything small I’m missing $600 I’m $4,300+ usd into it. But a lot of the money was spent on looks.
@@overse9624 mmh oke pretty much the same i saw a post from sccoterswap shop and they claimed they only paid 500 dollars for malossi rc-one cases and the fitting bigbore cilinder plus malossi exhaust so thats why im asking :P they lied i geus
headz Well if it’s from the actual Scooterswapshop then I can believe it. There a dealer, mechanic, and a retailer. They get there products in quantity. Plus there dealing with so many scooter related people on a daily basis it wouldn’t surprise me that they would come across a smoking hot deal like that.
Zachary Contreras I’m from Sunnyvale. I grew up listening to Cougnut, 11-5, U.D.I, JT the Bigga figga , D-Moe, Seff tha gaffla, Bushy Moe, Rob Low, Black Nate, amongst others. San Franscisco to Oakland to San Jose ca.
Hey man, what cluch/clutch bell are you using? I have a malossi delta clutch plus clutch bell and it does not my fit with my stock transmision case cover so I want to buy the Str8 cover and i really want to know if it fits. Thank you!!
Alin Flacăr Tell you the truth I haven’t had a regular minarelli engine or cover in more than a couple years. Do you need the cases and cover to be wider or deeper. Some people have to grind out the cases to fit a larger bell and shim the cover if they need it deeper.
@@overse9624 i grinded the case but i ended up cutting the whole cover where the clutch bell sits. i just want to buy the str8 cover and be 100% sure that it can fit my clutch bell. thank you for all the info and good luck in your future builds ❤️
Where did you all buy?! I’ve been checking Beaverton. Hillsboro and Vancouver. They have groms but only red abs. I want the orange:( or anything but red
So annoying to see that you spend thousands of dollars to a highend bigbore engine and you buy a terrible rear shock :D Should've buy an RS24 or RS24/10-R. The good suspension is very important. Otherwise good bike and build (Y)
Ákos Stickel Huh ..Doesnt bother me one bit. The Shock was bought just to match the bikes color scheme. Otherwise I would have just thrown my Paioli Polini racing shock on there. And Thank you.
