Oh my gosh Same here. I've noticed that if I answer back to fast and don't let them completely finish then I would have had a different perspective and sometimes even a different way to speak to that person, kinder/see more into there fears and how to be helpful and not judgmental towards them... It's a battle to keep the EGO in check as spiritual expansion is needed in my life. :) I LOVE what you had to say and I need to play this again to get more in tune. YES YES breathing and stand still, good ones. I look into there eye. I pick an eye and just look deep into it same when I'm speaking to them and not a lot of ppl can handle this when your speaking to them. I notice tho if I really want to concentrate on ONLY what someone is saying I MUST close my eyes and just listen. But this is a hard one to tell ppl so I don't do it often just with close family.
Omg! I love that reflection. I experienced this too! Listening to the fullness of someones expression can completely shift your perspective. I love what you said about looking into their eye! Eczema and psoriasis here. I've been keeping it under control by eliminating dairy and gluten and sugar. Also cut carbs as much as possible, and processed foods. I knew.... always felt these as the connection with my Higher Self....Guide.... Angels however you think of this. Real for Sure. Syconisities are to many to Mention....So Real and the deep internal feeling that's a mix of so much all together somehow.... Positivity, Healing and so Calming. Everything is all Good 🙏
I've had an awful lot of synchronicities with an ex person in my life. I'd have thoughts of 'I'm going to see them' with a body sensations that confirmed that. I was able to notice this sensation and it happened between 3-6 times. It was a weird time and defiantly felt like I was going mad

I did send it to her and she did resonate with it! She recognizes that she has been a little bit too much in water but also, in the past she has ignored water as she was working and planning to reach perfectionistic goals and that made her extremely unhappy! So lately she has been trying to create balance, exactly as you say in this video😊 We also recognize the things you say about spiritual bypassing, how meditation can become an avoidance tool! Also doing plant medicine or anything else can be used to avoid dealing with pain and trauma. This is a very good video, it also made us want to look more into our birth charts, so thank you very much ❤️

Hi Amy, On a daily basis I look at the time and it is 11:11. 😊. Another strange thing happened when I bought my first tarot deck. I was looking through the deck for the fool and I got a sense it was at the back of the deck, I then looked at the back and it was there! I couldn’t believe it!
Hey Michael! This used to happen to me a few years ago, I went through a stage of looking at the clock every day at 11:11. It was around the same time that I got the sign from the audio book that I mentioned in my video! And that is so cool! Things like this happen to me all the time too. Psychic senses are strong!
