Oh my gosh Same here. I've noticed that if I answer back to fast and don't let them completely finish then I would have had a different perspective and sometimes even a different way to speak to that person, kinder/see more into there fears and how to be helpful and not judgmental towards them... It's a battle to keep the EGO in check as spiritual expansion is needed in my life. :) I LOVE what you had to say and I need to play this again to get more in tune. YES YES breathing and stand still, good ones. I look into there eye. I pick an eye and just look deep into it same when I'm speaking to them and not a lot of ppl can handle this when your speaking to them. I notice tho if I really want to concentrate on ONLY what someone is saying I MUST close my eyes and just listen. But this is a hard one to tell ppl so I don't do it often just with close family.
Omg! I love that reflection. I experienced this too! Listening to the fullness of someones expression can completely shift your perspective. I love what you said about looking into their eye! I have never tried closing my eyes whilst listening to someone but I can imagine it would be great for stepping into their perspective. Thank you for your comment love 🥰🥰❤️
