Sweetie thank you for talking about your addiction in the last, I myself will be celebrating 15yrs this July from being addicted to pain meds. I was diagnosed in 2020 with stage 2 triple negative breast cancer and believe me it was a time in my life that it tested my sobriety and I am proud to say I did amazing. I did 14 rounds of 3 different types of hard chemo that causes pain, a painful double mastectomy and 3 painful breast reconstruction surgeries and I did it all without pain meds other than ibuprofen 800. I knew right after the surgeries they would administer pain meds but I told them I didn’t want to know when they gave it to me and I didn’t want any to take home. I’m very proud of myself. I pray this upcoming yearly cancer checkup they tell me I’m in remission for a 3rd year ❤
I came across your page searching for absence seizures, today my 8 year old daughter had an eeg test and she had episodes of seizures and I know that they will tell me that she has absence seizures but yet its scary to know she is having this. How is your son now? what treatment worked for him?

I’m new on here but I came across your video today and my daughter was just diagnosed with epilepsy she also has absence seizures. I know nothing about seizures I’m scared I’m hurt I’m confused… how?? I’ve been crying and praying. I’m very new to this so any advice please if appreciate it all. Not true, I think mine are pretty cool. One is a desert 🏜 saloon theme I made and my other is super cool too. It's a gothic living room w/ fireplace that has little vial of blood on mantle, crystal ball that glows, jar of bones, Ouiji board on floor with smoke coming up from it, skull hide and much more. I don't know who likes my enclosures more, me or them.
@@kitt3ncha0s those sound cool for you but you definitely didn't do all that for the spider. And you have to agree that most women on the internet keeping arachnids put them in enclosures that are sometimes even more sparse than the ones in the video.
Are these seizures easily detectable by a doctor? I am questioning my six year old daughter. She does zone out frequently and looks all around at times. While i'm trying to talk to her. She shakes her head with her eyes closed for a split second when I think She may be coming out of it because, when she does shake her head with her eyes closed then she opens her eyes and then looks at me in confusion. I just need to know if I go to Her pediatrician, how to describe this so they can try to figure out if she has these type of seizures. Or maybe it's just her age.... 😢 Sometimes, I will be talking to her, and she will look like she is daydreaming in the middle of me talking to her. She seems like she's not paying attention whatsoever. So after i'm talking to her when she does that, zoning out daydreaming. I ask her what I had just said to her. And most of the time, she says she doesn't know. She does it quite frequently. It doesn't last very long, but when it does. I can't tell if it's her just trying to ignore me or just lose focus on what we are talking about. My husband thinks i'm a hypochondriac, thinking she may haveing these seizures. She is 6 years old and she will be seven years in two months. She forgets things all the time. Her memory is horrible. Sometimes, she tells me she is shaking. But I could never feel where the shaking was on her. Except one time, I felt her leg trembling. But every other time she has told me "Mommy I'm shaking." She literally isn't shaking at all physically. Im just a mommy trying to figure things out. I have three other children, and none of them do this. I hope someone can answer my question. Unfortunately, 6-12 months is about average for a wait to almost any kind of specialist, but especially neurology, here where i am in NC 😓my doctor pushed for a rush referral bc he wanted to rule out some things before starting me on a biologic for Ankylosing spondylitis. I'm glad they got you in quick! I hope he's doing well 💕 In the late 1950's & early 60s, my dad was a little kid that "spaced out," or "daydreamed too much." It was so long before he realized... Wait... I was having seizures! He's 69yo and I'm 37, and as far as i know he hasn't had one in his adulthood 🤞🙌 He grew out of it, as they say, apparently. Praying that gives you some hope for the future 💕
