Hello Madam, I’ve checked out your RU-vid channel and love what you’re creating! There are just a few areas, such as thumbnails and tags, that could be improved to maximize your reach. If you’re open to it, I’d love to chat about strategies to boost your channel’s growth.
I’ll turn 60 in September and I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for three years to lose thirty pounds that crept up on me after birthing twins at 35. I began weight lifting at 19 and never stopped. The deadlift was my event and unfortunately at 54 had an injury that made me rehab and readjust how I train. My advice is - don’t let setbacks stop you. I even continued modified lifting with a broken ankle. I also do a daily yoga routine at home after years of classes. If I’ve got this, you can too. I’m not special. I just want to stay healthy as long as possible. My bloodwork was showing me I needed to lose weight and I avoided medication by beginning intermittent fasting. My doctor was so pleased at my results she said keep it up! So I have. All the best to you all. ❤ Don’t stop keep moving. There’s a lot of living to do after 60 and you’ll want to feel good living those years. I know I do! 🏃♀️
Bravo on this video! You got a new sub from me! I recently made a Key Lime Pie on my page too and *your dish looks amazing!* Hope to stay connected my fellow chef!
Hello ChefVicCuisine. Thank you for viewing the recipe and your lovely comment. It is actually really tasty for a healthy version of apple pie & it stores well in the fridge for leftovers. For some reason, apple pie tastes better as it ages lol. Take care.
Happy New Year! I've enjoyed your recipes this year and I look forward to seeing what you bring to us in 2023! RU-vid creators like us need to keep spreading the message of Healthy vegan/vegetarian foods.
