I like how Eric likes to reference Haines Hunter when he wants to bag a boat. He is not comparing apples with apples there as one is a custom build and one is a production build ! Still his boats have that commercial look about them and would go through anything but i would probably choose a 760 Haines if i had the choice
Please add move vee the only thing that lets them down in lack of vee makes sense to since the pontoons would settle the rock at rest please consider it stabicraft
I don't understand why more aus manufacturers don't make these style of boat? Supaduck and ocean cylinder back on the day but are there any current makers?
Cool design and story to go with it. Sad to see the Chinese copied these boats, and Australian dealers happy to promote the knock-offs. I hope to see stabi continue to flourish I. The future, and hopefully in the fire I can own one some day to enjoy with my family in OZ.
I had a 2050 NT Frontier and was a beautifully made soft riding boat. BUT!! What a wet pig, i would never buy another open Stabicraft. If you're going to buy one, make sure it has a cabin.
Sea Devil's. The most overpriced boat known to man.... Bro you are a Captain?...Free board... lolllll they are 2 stern heavy. They sink... And testing on Pittwater. Lolllllll you must be a coxswain? I am a Master 4. The phrase testing in the marine world does not exist. We say, Sea trials.. Real Captain's test at "Sea" not a a sheltered waterway.... 😂
Interesting video I guess they taper the edges so it overlaps with the next section …wouldn’t like the wood but sounds like it’s the stronger option probably the life of the boat for the first owner anyway
hey guys just wondering what the roughly 6 inch side rails are called as i want to add them to my boat but cant fing any diy vids as i dont know what theyre called
I built social ski, ski race and fishing boats for 10 years. I always doubted using synthetic materials in the transom over Ply. Seems my doubts were justified. Fibreglassing really does suck badly.
