I'm the Evil Ted who makes props and costumes. I’ve worked on Star Trek Into Darkness, Walking Dead, Fifth Element and Guyver, among lots of others. I've made pretty much everything out of every material, but foam is my favorite.
I'm here to share my skills and shortcuts, and help you learn how to make foam costumes and props, too.

I want this pattern but I see it's not available on your site, guess I'm going to just have to improvise. Love your work btw, I'v just been out of the cosplay game so long.
I dig the first one, would be a good alternate mask for my Techpriest instead of the full-face dome i currently have. Reminds me of the We-Yu security guards from Alien 3
Have you tried clear Flex Seal spray?, I made an Alien Facehugger egg and after I finished it I sprayed it with clear Flex Spray to give it a shiny and flexible surface coat , I’m gonna do the same after I paint my Facehugger , it’s the same one you have
Hi, love your channel, has helped me tremendously! I wanted to ask the reason for adding thickening agent to the cast liquid rubber so that I understand its use. Thanks again!
Creature cast rubber is water thin. So when I spray it I like it to be a bit thicker when sparying it on. You can order it from then when you buy the Creature cast rubber.

Hi, I found that the film on the eyepieces tended to wrinkle during fitting, and to that end it was better (for me) to glue one end first, rather than the top first, so I could pause halfway through fitting to sort out the wrinkles. Unsure if your film was on the inside or the outside. Mine had to be on the inside due to which side was reflective.
