I am so glad that I got my bachelor's degree and my engineering license 2 years before the peak of AI. Before Id have to open several resources, think from time to time just to answer one question. Now it's just one click away. ChatGPT actually aid me now with my work and life planning. But it is still good that I built my creativity, thinking, and problem solving before being exposed with this advancement.

Why has the commentator excluded migration into the British Mandate of Arabs from the other Arabs regions due to the better wages offered by the growing agricultural sectors developed by the Kibbutz and Moshav's. This has been ignored. Many came from Egypt, Lebanon etc.... Also the commentator exclude the original map of the Mandate that included what later became Jordan. This program assumes that only Jews migrated to the region. Britain supported Arab migration into the Mandate and did not stop them coming in as they did Jews. Consequently, around 800k Jews were expelled from Arab countries by their governments in response to the establishment of the State of Israel.
I believe the retirement crisis will get even worse. Many struggle to save due to low wages, rising prices, and exorbitant rents. With homeownership becoming unattainable for middle-class Americans, they may not have a home to rely on for retirement either.
Consider buying stocks when the economy is not doing well, like during a recession. It could be a chance to buy them at a lower price and sell later when prices go up. Just keep in mind, this isn't financial advice, but sometimes it's better than keeping a lot of cash.
Accurate asset allocation is crucial. Some use hedging or defensive assets in their portfolio for market downturns. Seeking financial advice is vital. This approach has kept me financially secure for over five years, with a return on investment of nearly $1 million.
Carol Vivian Constable is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment..
The main problem is energy storage when it comes to renewables. Battery technology needs to be at the front of these types of projects. The sun and wind are not always there.
If someone doesn't have $500 from having funds left over after bills/living costs (even if it's over time), how are they to start saving for an emergency fund? Lots of people can barely afford rent, utilities, food, and healthcare. Which one of those should be cut down or out to start building an emergency fund? Saving is great, but so few can and there aren't really any safety nets. Someone could fall on hard times at any time and forever be stuck there due to how things are set up in this country. :(
Also "Use dipper at night" was an advertisement campaign for the use of Dipper condoms. It was to help the truck drivers to stay sexually protected from STDs.
I drive about the tiniest car you can buy these days....and I'm constantly blinded at night, tailgated by aggressive drivers when I'm in the right lane, and feel like every other day a distracted driver is going to head-on me. My next car will be something much bigger. I will definitely be part of the problem. My thought when that woman was on the ebike was stress for her life. People can't be bothered slowing down and thinking ahead. Times have really really changed. For those who are super young....it really didn't used to be this way at all. Road rage simply didn't exist. Imagine that.
Leaves out a few details. In 1947 the UN voted to partition the region into separate Jewish and Arab states. The State of Israel was proclaimed in 1948, and Egypt, Transjordan (later Jordan), Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq immediately declared war on it. Israel won that war
