Is this only me? But I thought the red on the bag was piping that way I saw her do the circle thingy and I thought why has no red wait. I had to think and I watched the whole video and I didn't see red and I forgot it was red piping not red piping I mean
Since I've been scrolling through the drama : (1. "This triggers my OCD" said people who doesnt have OCD and maybe just self diagnosis, YOU ARE JUST A PERFECTIONIST (2. "I have OCD and this doesnt triggers me" said by anyone who got professionally diagnosed. (3. "ew why did she put her hands on the dough?" Shiii whether you spit it or literally sneeze on it (cmiiw) would be fine, Because you would bake it on 200 degree celcius and nothing could survive from the heat, i think this kind of people would have a heart attack when they come to italy (4. "she didn't put the dough on the circles though?!" WELL YEAH as you can see, if you have eyes, the circles are for macarons and since she is not making macarons then she didnt put it on the circle.
finally a creator that actually calls out people who fake having mental disorders for attention lol. i have very severe diagnosed ocd and i can confirm that this did not do shit to it lol. i can confirm that this girl making macarons does not make me think about my family dying in a car crash
Hello so I’m a professional baker here to help and the way to minimize the gap is by going side to side while having a little up and down to it so it isn’t as big and for those who keep telling her “oh it’s like that oh if you don’t like it don’t use it” shut it cuz she is just learning and when there is a will there is a way all she wants is the gap to not be as big and this is the solution, before commenting educate yourself first
Also to add on this, this is the reason why you see squiggles instead of swirls on cupcakes that use this tip is bc they want to minimize the gap using that technique
Also anyone trying out this recipe when you want to demold the buttercream and cupcake try and push out the buttercream first instead of pulling on the cupcake cuz im pretty sure from that video she accidentally rip the cupcake from the buttercream but cut it out and put buttercream to glue it back
