5AM wake-up for a busy work day! I usually only get up early for work-outs but I'm trying to get back into my productive morning routine since my injury. Lots of quality time with Hound today, as well as a long work day, some delicious food, biking, games, macaron baking, and content prep!

Dinner Recipe: Peanut & Tahini Noodles
- Pan fry 1 tbsp of garlic, approx 1 head of broccoli, and few cups mushrooms
- Boil 1 bundle of rice noodles, drain them, add them to the pan
- Mix 1/4 cup tahini, 3 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp lime jiuce, and approx 2 tbsp peanut butter in a separate bowl. Then pour into the pan. Remove from heat, stir until combined.
- Top with green onion and chopped peanuts. Enjoy!
