That explains things. I usually get drowsy and take a "pre-bedtime nap" from about 10pm till about 11pm ish. My Love counts on it so he can watch his news show (I don't watch that stuff). But last night I was WIDE awake until about 1:30am! Then I was in and out of sleep the rest of the night. Yet this morning, I wasn't even tired! I've had such a solid even keel energy level these past few days with all this intermittent light coming in. Love it!! Late last week though I had a big " density dump" which was pretty intense but fairly short lived, left me a little raggled for sure but ever since then I feel lighter and clearer than ever. Ridin the waves....just ridin the waves! WOOOOT! One consistent "symptom" I have had the last couple months though is ongoing ear ringing! Not just the kind that comes and goes but a consistent "hum" or higher pitched "drone" of tone that sometimes makes my skull feel like it is vibrating. What is REALLY weird about this ear ringing thing is.... I get it on my left side too..... And I was born without an ear on that side! That is why I am noticing it so much, never "heard" anything from that side before! Fun times!
Thank you, Patty. I wanted to share something that I am going through because I know others will as well. Please don’t restrict yourself from being raw and real. I mean down to the bone. You designed this plan and you know how strong you are. Please remember that when things get rough. You got this!! I love all of you beautiful souls
This is one of the rare times when this chunk of light coming in actually ENERGIZED me. I felt such clarity and evenness of energy and focus. With such ease as well! It was wild. It wasn't frantic or chaotic energy, just focused and clear and stable. Love it!
Yes, I have been vibrating or buzzing. I feel it more at night when i am not distracted. And the sensation can vary over time. When higher energies are coming in, a lot of people feel anxious. So it's all normal. ❤
Hi👋 everyone! For all of us in Australia and nearby, I am in Melbourne and working out international times is not my superpower! So, I just Googled how to convert Patty's time (pst) to Melbourne time. Turns out, we're 18 hours ahead. So, when Patty's graph shows 8pm Sunday, add 18hrs and that's 2pm Monday arvo for me (and yes, I used my fingers to count, lol!) Of course this will change when we go to daylight saving next Sunday, but I'll deal with that maths when I get to it, lol! 😅 Have a great day, all ❤

Oh, my. Grateful that you're in an area that has power coming online in a few days - and for that generator. What an awful situation for so many from Helene. All blessings your way.
@@GottaBeThere2736i appreciate that. I've been here 10 yrs and they've always turned into tropical storms. after last storm, i made that investment in a generator and lucky i did cause i still got trees, poles and wires on the roads by me 🤦

I was so woozy and uncoordinated over the weekend. And I had the sense that if I got in my head too much or wasn’t staying in the moment with any task, that I couldn’t make my body work right... 😂 dropping stuff, spilling, etc… like the 3D isn’t working anymore! Yay?
Talk about going back to first incarnations. I keep dreaming of A square inside a circle and they keep telling me this is bad and then a circle inside of a circle which is what was intended and I keep wondering what is going on because they keep saying this is the difference between Lilith and Eve and then they keep showing me a pomegranate and then the square For the longest time I don’t understand what it means but I get the impression they’re talking about how we weren’t actually meant to eat food. We were meant to live only on water and light and something went wrong and we are constantly trying to fix this problem of starvation and the body and it’s really confusing me and I don’t know what I’m meant to do other than maybe have a meditation where I’m approaching all three parties and telling them all it’s not their fault that they were misled by something, but I don’t even know what the full story is so I don’t know how to fix it and why I’m being shown this very intense and very constant crazy dream. The only reason why I bring this up is that everyone who I see is going through a fifth dimensional transition are also saying that they’re not hungry anymore and they’re just living on water and they love being around the sun and I’m feeling that as well and I’ve been losing so much weight I’ve lost 60 kg in seven months and I was on a diet at the time but I am not feeling the need for food and I only wanna eat sort of berries and water. That’s it and every time my family feeds me meat, I feel sick to the stomach and I don’t really even want to eat vegetables or potatoes or anything. I don’t wanna eat food any more and they’re scared that I’m trying to kill myself and I’m not . I just don’t wanna eat food other than berries anymore
@@Adalasia I’ve never been guided to not eat at all. The planet was created to sustain itself and us. It’s very common right now for big shifts in appetite because our physical bodies are transforming into becoming homo luminous, less dense energy wise. This is why heavy meals don’t feel good. With the body shifting, we’re invited to be patient and be in the moment, eat intuitively. Regarding the dream, these are past live healings that are handled on the consciousness realm with your guides and angels. There is nothing for your human to do. You can request that your guides and angels handle it with more ease and grace. We’re just coming out of month of deep Old energy healing. Practice breathing in the new energy. I hope this helps. Please show your body love, it sounds like you are, notice if you are employing any patterns or regulations. Those may not be in alignment or your best and highest good. Thank you for sharing here! @ThePositivityInfluencer I just learned that Celtic Salt has 82 different vitamins and minerals. I started my 81 yr old father on it when he had been ill and lost 75 pounds and could barely eat. We saw a difference in him the 1st day. He has now started gaining weight back even tho he eats very little. We get him to ground every few days at least. Thanks to your info we are now understanding the Shooman for the Hooman and how it affects us. Love and Light friends! ❤
