Thank you Patty.❤ Today went to the beach with my Daughter and Granddaughter, and my Granddaughter was rolling around in the sand, and i thought to myself I'm going to do that as well. I played and created a moment of joy, laughter, Peace and Serenity as well and noticed the abundance all around me. Looking forward to tomorrow. Much Love and Light to Everyone 💖💖💖

This is so true, The purge appears to be accelerating and many folks around us are loosing the plot. Being grounded and allowing negative energy space to release the moment it arrises helps us transcend all that negativity. The challenge is remaining aware as the triggers come up and allow it pass through. It's just a thought and it wants to leave.

meditate. go deep. ask yourself WHY your mind is so mad? See it, feel it, release it.

@@maryshockley6957 practice going back to the breath, instead of reacting, take 3 deliberate grounding breaths. From there become the observer, what happened that brought forth the trigger. It’s likely an old unhealed emotion being shown to you. If you have blanket anger, see if you have an opportunity to perceive what is happening is truly happening for you so that you can move forward in pure love and light. The breath and some space can help tame any situation and give you the opportunity to view it from love. If you can’t see it from love in the moment, hand it over to your guides and ask them to rearrange it or help you see it a different way. I hope this helps! Observing the thought is key to healing. ❤️‍🩹

Allow that anger to come up without going into the story behind it. See it as negative energy that wants to get out, allow it to leave and let it pass through. Keep doing this every time you feel triggerd.
