I remember doing a challenge that was shocking multiple survivors at once multiple times, which required a similar kind of build. It was a lot of fun and a lot of screaming was heard on Dead Dawg that match
I used dark devotion and just let the obsession run off after attaching my terror radius to them. Once they were far enough away I'd static shock and get a multi shock usually
@@OsuchinRiberuI did the challenge in one try :D I didn't have the purple calm addon so I did use the queen and luckily it was super easy to do the challenge (cause I ended up with a 3 person swf of loopers with flashlights -_-)
Thank you for making this video! Ngl I was bit sad that I didn't get them but I'm not gonna give up! I'm happy for everyone that got the Twitch shirts it is very well deserved 💜 I hope the new guidelines will be published soon. I only hope that smaller content creators like me will have a chance. Great video Osu! 💜
I…streamsniped a ttv so I could tell when they were barely in my TR with a very similar build and just pulled it off that way. I felt kinda dirty doing that so I let them all go after.
I think the killer specific ones are solid picks. I struggled with the Trapper one of trapping 7 people in one game and the other one where you had to get five basement hooks in one game.
Found this Video through your Post from the 02.01.2022 in the Monto's Fam Steam group. Was looking for any Sign of life from him bcs i missed his Videos and this was a nice blast from the past to watch.
Thank you for including my reaction in the update video. <3 I felt such a great sense of relief that they heard the community and the acted on it. I can't wait to see what the new changes are and see more wholesome reactions to the #ShirtMySurvivor program. Great video.
I'm so glad this happened. When a games devs put in place a reward for thir creators they should do thier best to reward those who are deserving. We spoke and they listened to us 🙌🏾
Honestly the whole thing is still surreal. Like we all made our posts and spoke our minds in hopes of being heard, but I know speaking for myself, I never expected a creator of my size to even be remotely heard. So to see everything that happened this past week was because of everything we did… it’s amazing.
If anything, it proves that no matter what size your platform or audience is. Speaking your voice and opinions matters. A voice not spoken, is a voice unheard.
I agree, I hope the new program is more accessible but isn’t just a hand out. I have a twitch account and behavior account, but I shouldn’t get them just cause I link my accounts. I’m not a streamer or content creator, that wouldn’t be fair to those who pour a lot of time and dedication to their content. Congrats to everyone who got shirts and congrats on being heard!
I didn’t really go into detail on the what ifs, and possibilities of what the program could be like. But I wouldn’t be against the idea of a linked account system if there was a reliable set amount in-game hours combined with streaming hours or something of that nature. But I’m not sure twitch API can be connected in aspects like that, but who knows! I do agree tho, I hope it doesn’t become a twitch drop style handout.
Dude, I know it's so silly to a lot of people, but watching this video and hearing my reaction again..I started crying again. haha. This was like stupid emotional for me as a content creator, even if it doesn't make sense to a lot of people. I've never felt seen...then @Otzdarva showed up and told me he saw what I went through. I finally didn't feel invisible, and he will never know what that meant to me.❤
Your entire edit of your reaction brought me to tears! I really fought with ways to try and see if I could include the entire pov or the final section at the end, but I had to cut it down for time and fairness across the others featured. Thank you so much for being so vocal and supportive. I truly believe you are one of the big reasons my thread got any attention. Congratulations Loris, I am so happy for you <3
They started giving them out again, been streaming it for 6 years and nothing, even participated in community events. Fog whisperers and shirt holders that follow me, devs show up in stream, talk to me on disc. I watched someone with less than 300 followers and 12 viewers get a shirt by association, they don't even meet the 40 hours a month dbd stream requirement. I'm happy for all, but I just wish they stayed consistant or just admitted they toss them to people they personally fav. Edit: I'm married and have a toddler while currently pregnant, so my dbd is gonna be way less now, but I still enjoy the game. It's crazy, i started a whole family before getting a shirt. lol
I am currently editing a follow up video about the new guidelines and changes coming forward! Even if you didn’t get any this current go around, don’t be discouraged as change is coming! Saw you edited your comment. Consistency and the guidelines was an issue covered in this video. The recent events are a different case as it is the start of a new chapter and guidelines. I hope to have the new video ready asap to cover the details we know and what to expect ❤️
@@OsuchinRiberu I appreciate it man. Honestly happy people that deserve them are getting them now. It's such an emotional reaction and just brings a smile when you see it.
I wonder how long it's gonna be before they add Predator. Would be cool if they also added a killer vs killer mode then we could have Alien vs Predator.
I know a few people who got time by just getting in a game with a dev, and weren’t even live. I stream every single day and they haven’t ever shown up🥹
I 100% agree with everything you said there. Like Otz said: "Why it should be a privilage to show that you stream this game?". I'm trying to grind for the shirts every chance I get, I got all the achievements, archives and I pretty much know everything there is to know about the game (well mostly). And if BHVR employees are browsing the #ShirtMySurvivor only at specific time, it is really hard for streamers like myself cause I'm EU based. But yeah I don't know what else to say you pretty much covered it in the video. I hope streamers get the recognition they deserve <3 Great video my friend!
Should be removed from the game. Bhvr doesn't own the logo or rights to the brand or usage of the shirt yet they act like they do. Either give it to everyone through linking their account or remove it completely so that there's not this feeling of working so hard for something in hopes that you'll maybe get recognized by a community manager to give them to you. Right now it's all favoritism and who you know.
They don’t own it, that’s why it’s licensed as a deal between two companies. Removing them or mass distributing for free essentially defeats the whole purpose of the program and what it does for dedicated content creators.
@BeastGamingHD just because they have licensing agreement or deal for the inclusive of the twitch brand in their video game, doesn’t necessarily mean there is monetary exchange. Twitch gives it brands to many games for different collaborations and licensing. We can’t make assumptions about something we don’t know the details too. Twitch giving their brand to BHVR for the program is irrelevant to the discussion of the programs’ flaws.
@@OsuchinRiberu all I'm saying is that the agreement between Twitch and bhvr isn't a paid license and that Twitch can forcefully remove the cosmetics at their discretion.
I don’t know if you will read this but I’m curious about your mic! What settings do you us? Curious on what setting u have ur switch on, full circle? Double circle? Half circleB What kind of filters? Thanks in advance
I read all comments! ❤️ I don’t have any specific settings. I have Nahimic for more focused vocals and removing most breathing and auxiliary sounds, but no fancy mic settings with the HyperX. I forget at this specific moment which icon setting the switch is on, but it’s the front directional cardioid setting. 😁
I get not wanting to pour time into giving these out regularly, but then they should sunset the program so people don't keep their hopes up unnecessarily
Closing the program would completely defeat the entire purpose and would just confirm the doubts and feelings many people have. That would be a bad move to make as it would only destroy what’s left of their connection with their streamer community
It seems to me like they really slowed down on giving them out ever since they took away Dowsey's shirts. I'd bet they're wary in giving out any shirts to creators who might trash the game later on when they start to get frustrated with updates, and basically every dbd streamer voices frustrations with the game.
After over 5000 hours of DbD since release as a twitch content creator it would be awesome to be seen as other people who accidentially became fogwhisperers back in the days, and that would just push me back to the tons of twitch content I already created for this game. Even my community is discouraged because they start to see BHVR as a completely lying, scamming company (a viewpoint that I do not support, but it comes up from them sometimes) The problem with the fogwhisperers will be the same as with the Nea Hype shirt. The person who got the codes to give them away gave most of them to personal friends, not to content creators or anything. The shirts would become a "look, I am friend with a fogwhisperer, hail me" - nothing else (sadly)
I’ve seen that same viewpoint brought up as well, even here in the comments. I constantly try to change my community’s perspective as people tend to focus too hard on negative aspects and assume the worst of people.
@@OsuchinRiberu Yes you are right. I try to encourage the german DbD community to be more positive about things. In the end it's a company that has to bring up money for their employees, so we never know why they have to do things the way they do them. and so I try to focus on all the good things they give me when I come home from the job and have a good time with my favourite game.
The community definitely needs to have more power to help find streamers for the program. I wouldn’t have even made affiliate without the community. A while back I was having a bad day because I got turned down for a job and was streaming when I got raided by swarm. That raid alone got my viewership up enough to hit affiliate, which made my day so much better. Moments like that make streaming worth it for me and if other creators can have that kind of feeling, seeing that their effort is paying off and the community supports them, it would be amazing
welcome to the fickleness of the internet where nothing matters. oh you liked this game when it came out? give it 5 years and see if they change it so much you cont recognize it or they power creep your favorite things away.. you own nothing and are forced to take what you can get. they dont care after they make it.
I don’t believe they don’t care. That would be such a sad thing to believe in. Developers are humans too, and the dev team at DBD has shown they’re passionate and care. Even if the team has changed people many times over the years. I personally know a few devs who are amazing people and do truly care.
Oooo. New idea, what if they tweeted every month their choice for shirt and which Dev chose them and why. Like a little “shirt of the month chosen by (dev) goes to (streamer)” and then a quote by the dev for what drew them to that streamer or what they saw they liked.
This would also help with transparency so people know someone did get one and kind of what they’re looking for or at and it would give that streamer a boost from dbd which is even more appreciation from them.
I mentioned that at 17:33. Not in as much detail but a similar concept! I would prefer it not be tied to just one streamer a month, but the concept of them being open and sharing stuff like that publicly is essential for sure!
@@OsuchinRiberuI got really excited, paused and commented, hit play and then you said it too 😂 I was just too ahead of myself and didn’t let you finish before jumping in
My friend F33LZ has been streaming/playing DBD for a long ass time and is so vocal even on twitter about wanting a shirt. He LOVES this game. He’s so passionate about it and is the most knowledgeable player I know. It makes me so sad for him he’s constantly overlooked when he loves the game so much.
I think there is a much more in-depth reasoning beyond "kissing ass." The program definitely comes across as more random luck generation than an actual selection processes. There are plenty of people who could be, by your definition, “kissing ass" who still haven't received their recognition. So its hard to claim that its that situation, when thats not really a influencer factor on the situation regardless.
