We have a question FOR YOU.. have you ever thought where you’d be if you had followed all your crazy ideas? 💡
Well after few months into our relationship, we had a big ambitious one. Why not road tripping all around Italy?! 🇮🇹
.. and so we did it (with many hiccups 😅), but still we did it. We saw everything we’ve always dreamt to see in our home country, plus ate all the incredible vegan food we could find 🌱
And now think.. what if..
What if we had never taken the leap to make that road trip happen!? How many incredible memories would have we missed out?!
That’s when we decided. We will (attempt to) follow each crazy idea that pops up in our minds. And you should too.. go chase your dreams✨
Hello.... Thanks for sharing the journey... I am just curious to know that at the border crossing do we also have to take out our full luggage and then cross or is it taken care by the Bus Travels.... Thanks
Hi Both :) Great video! Can I ask how much money you recommend taking for food for a week and were you able to use card at the shops/restaurants? Thanks in advance
Im glad to see many people care for these elephants but I want to inform a bit about elephants in Thailand, its not like what many people think that they just feed elephants for tourism. Most of the elephants in sanctuary are not wild elephants; they are domestic elephants that lived and grew up with human since they were born. They lived with human for many generations, some of them want to be in touch and interact with human and most of the sanctuaries in Thailand are private organizations or some are run by families that took care of elephants for many generations from time to time, they think of elephants as their families members. Taking care of elephants needs a lot of money and resources, which is why santuary have to open for tourist. They did not force elephants to do the things like bathing with elephants, that was just their normal routine, those domestic elephants like bathing cuz Thailand is hot (and they grew up with that) and their caretakers just help them clean themselves. Thai people really care for elephants because they were parts of Thai culture and history.
I’m currently researching true elephant sanctuaries because I just saw a video where this couple visited a so-called "sanctuary." However, they were feeding the elephants, which were confined to small spaces so tourists could interact with them, and there were scheduled baths for tourists to participate in. This isn’t what a true sanctuary should be, as the elephants are essentially forced to be there for human entertainment. I really appreciate this video and feel fortunate to have found this organization, which represents what a sanctuary should be: a place where elephants are left alone, admired from a distance, and respected in their natural habitat
Greetings from Chiang Mai. Thanks for the great video. Goodsouls and Anchan are my favorite vegetarian restaurants, but now I’m going to try the ones you visited.
I understand why foreigners would be upset, first the situation nowaday is Cambodian government tried to copy Thai culture and product and promote as Cambodian and after Thailand, India and other countries study deep down in the history, we learned that the builder of Angkor Wat is descendent of Ancient India and Thai people that is why they tried to prohibit to taked about real history and many cement renovation that is differernt from the original one that is why photos/videos are prohibited in many places
How low educated you are. When was the siam kingdom exist? Siamese people came from Chinese land and serve khmer people hundreds years before khmer empire collapsed in 13rd century. The first siam kingdom only existed in 13rd century. Even nowaday thai alphabet is from khmer alphabet 100 %• lots of khmer art and temple are still in thailand. Don"t you know that? Siamese people serving khmer emperor in the past. Siamese ancestors using Chinese language and then changed using khmer alphabets. Siamese custom are truely copying from khmer custom including culture and tradition. Go back to school and learn proper history. Don't try to thai to others.
The Hungry Tapir and Kusa are the best vegan restaurants. Seems you missed the first one. Also you should have tried the ramen soup in Kusa, its their best seller.
durian is an acquired taste, to get the best out of durian, you need to have few bites or finished the whole 1 seed. thats when the real after taste comes out.
It would’ve been great if you went to Hillary’s! They have a harbour there with many shops and events such as a floating obstacle coarse in the water and amusement rides every once and a while, you can even get a ride to this island called Rottnest island!😊
As a Cambodian, I regret these actions and wish to express my condolences for this poor hospitality. The President of the APSARA Authority should issue a public apology and resign due to poor management, and the Ministry of Tourism should also make a public apology. This problem is not caused by the staff, who only follow directives from higher levels, but rather by ineffective management, which has caused many complications for tourists.
On behalf of Cambodian people I’m so sorry to you guys it was not a great welcoming anyway I hope you guys enjoyed the trip in Cambodia As a Cambodia citizen I’m deeply sorry I could not believe it happened to you guys this guard did a huge mistake to western tourists if they continue doing this again probably no more western tourists come and visit this country again
Thank you for still brining us this video replete with valuable information despite of your unpleasant encounter with the security guards. You two have such beautiful smiles.
