A Hagerty member here , I’m glad you’re recognizing Omar and his hard work . His well done videos are an inspiration to me in my work on my ‘64 Galaxie .
I had a chance to buy a '57 Cadillac Eldorado, but didn't have the cash at the time to buy it. I still think about it to this day, as it was beautiful!
Thanks for this, Tom. Omar is a super cool guy with a lot of talent and a great vision. I will definitely subscribe to his channel. Nothing like a outside garage and some determination and creative thinking.
I dont even own a car anymore....switched to a touring bicycle and an ebike but i love this channel ...the cars are great but leno knowledge and his guests keep me coming back .
What a polite, respectful guy. With a hell of a lotta drive and ambition. Good for him. Maybe there's hope for the next generation after all. We need more Omars.
Just when I think the vintage tin and 60s muscle car corner is on its last gasp, along comes young Omar to pick up the flag! Does my old heart good to see some of the younger generation getting involved today!
I had zero interest in this car until someone mentioned the 8-speed ICE dual clutch mimick gimmick and Jason's !!!OMFG!!! reaction to it. Listened to the Carmudgeon podcast, now watching this... it kind of blows my mind how they have over-delivered on this car, really intriguing stuff! Well played Hyundai. I have doubts about: - Calling it an SUV - Range when driven enthusiastically - Tyre life and cost
Just as a reference, I went through bureaucratic HELL ,but finally was successful having my 1968 GTO that I wanted to bring down to Wyoming from Canada. I had moved there, and besides even being an American citizen, in order to obtain a title for an antique vehicle from outside the country requires a river of historical documentation which must be authenticated by a notary public, etc etc, and then after several flights, expensive fees? Success. PHEW....
