The Crafty Gal here! In this channel I will share the how to's of all my favorite crafts from Holiday decor, to baking and pastry, and ton of other DIY's! My entire life I have always felt the need to customize everything I have. If I had the choice to buy something simple or make it, I have always preferred to make it myself! Well as you may already know, sometimes DIY's can be quite the disaster and do not always turn out as planned. With this said, in these videos my goal is to hopefully save you from some possible DIY disasters and instead show you how to create beautiful creations without breaking your bank in the process! I hope these projects will inspire you to create as much they have inspired me!
Wow wow wow ! Thank you sooo much for sharing this. Man you put me right on track. Aldis is my got to place for my groceries already 😅 Now I'm even more excited to head in and get started.
My husband is a creative director and wanted something creative and fun to take to his work family picnic, so I suggested a charcuterie board. I’ve never made one and I learned a lot of great tips in your video! They were so helpful… I can’t wait to put it all together this afternoon! And seeing how you got it all from Aldi I think I’d be more interested in making it again for that price point!
Awesome video thank you for that! So do you make boards for every color you need or do you repaint the boards for the color you need ? Sorry for the dumb question
Since you have the roses tooth-picked together, there is no way for anyone to actually eat the meat in the rose. The board is lovely to look at, but the point of the board is to feed the guests.
You can triple the prices at Aldi in Australia, and that’s just for the fruit - let alone the cheeses and deli items. Plus we don’t get the same range, ours is so much more limited. No charcuterie boards for us under $100 and it won’t be anywhere as varied as yours 😢
I was in catering for 14 years. Great job on this board. Unfortunately no Aldi’s in my neck of the woods so that probably add another $10 to the overall costs but still a great budget board and would satisfy all of different tastes. Thanks for the upload !!
I made one for me and my husband. I bought half in Aldi and half in Trader Joe's and came up to $49.87 total. I had A LOT of cheese and some ham left over. The one I made easily feeds 4 people as an appetizer and 2 people if it's a main dish (we're keto, so we went without crackers - I cut triangles and toasted zero carb tortillas and sprinkled with sea salt). My husband thought it looked like a professional did it!! 😅 🎉 Thank you for this tutorial!!! Definitely will be making it again!
