Man, Bethesda loves making DLCs with better stories than the Main Quests of their games. Dawnguard and Dragonborn, Far Harbor, Shivering Isles (The Goat), etc
Yeah Far Harbor was by far the best writing in Fallout 4. Shivering Isles was also incredible. I don't think any dlc could save Starfield for me though lol
It's true, I do actually like the Thieves Guild compared to others but to become guild master you have to get five of those radiant quests in each major hold and I just hate it
Ace talisman, two handed talisman. Just me and the tear. The consort grabbed me at the end of his health bar, i was deep afraid that he started swinging and combo shot me. When he was laying me down lord tear was charging his r2 into his ass, he charged with perfectly timing. Lord tear defeat him and save my butt. Thank you my besto friendo🫂
As a guy who started the series with 3, and really loved the DC brotherhood, it actually hurt a bit to see what they'd become in F4, a big reason why I never join them, and instead usually go minutemen. I'd go Railroad, but that route means Glory has to die, and I refuse.
There's "Spirit Ashes" however I only use them for bosses so I don't know if they last like a co-op partner; just google 'Spirit Ashes | Elden Ring Wiki'
During boss fights and alot of dungeons, you can use Spirit Ashes(summons). Mimic tear is a summon that creates a copy of the player, including their currently equipped armor/weapons/spells.
to the uneducated: The death skull is an ancient symbol of the husar regiments, an old prussian cavalry from the 17th hundreds. It has nothing to do with being evil. Aint nobody talking bout the atrocities of the British empire or russian communists?
Let's say a supermodel proposes to me out of the blue, and she's also a literal superhero who can summon storms, slow down time and conjure up history textbook celebrities and heroes, has saved the world from alien gods or Dr. Crazy many times on her own, has earned PhDs in dozens of different specialties, and wields an incredible amount of wealth and prestige.I really see no reason not to say yes on the spot.😂
I actually had a blast playing some non-archer builds. One was basically Thor: Nord male, used heavy armor and a 2handed hammer with lightning magic. Every time I went into a dungeon, I would shout "FUS!" to agro the room of enemies and smash them, then move in. Made dungeon runs take like 10-15 minutes max, instead of like an hour as a sneaky boi. Whenever I would kill a dragon and claim his soul, I would aim towards the sky, and shout the full FUS RO DAH!! in victory. I also played a pacifist cleric/healer class, a priest of Arkay, with a companion as my actual combat arm (which is lore accurate apparently when I looked it up). And he spent all his time tossing around alteration/abjuration/restoration spells to keep his allies alive while they fought. I was able to use a village of NPCs to actually take down a dragon. I hit them with that alteration buff that gives them more stamina, but also makes them not run in fear from combat. So the entire village ended up pelting the dragon to death with rocks while it perched on their rooftops. My guys bouncing around tossing spells and healing/buffing, while the villagers take down a dragon by the death of a thousand cuts. I also played a melee stealth character, which is SUPER fun, because it's actually a silent kill if you do it with a melee attack. There are a lot of fun ways to play the game that aren't stealth archer.
What i think happens after this is that the dragonborn went on to establish a new organization of warriors i called the order of the dragons blade, the goal simple, help people, all people right the wrongs of the world.the founding members mainly consisted of the followers who had stood along side the dragonborn during their original journey so like Lydia , Eric the slayer, seranna, and so on and so forth. In time the blades faded from history, forgotten entirely.
I spent so much of the early crafting godly armor that once I killed Mirrak i was unstoppable. I just used swords or magic from then on. The only time i used Archery was for sniping someone super far away for style points. And for Dark brotherhood missions is when i got creative. Like suplexing the emperor, or using illusion spells to get targets to attack the guards. Hell i dont think i even really used shouts much at all.
my solution to this problem was simply not putting any perks in the archery tree. kind of hard to justify using the bow when my sword does 4x the damage.
I’m strong enough now I mean I am level 80 something but I am strong enough now to where I don’t need to use my bow at all, even though I sometimes do when I don’t want to be bothered to get up close and pretty much two shot a mammoth orall that good stuff I have two one-handed, Ebony exes and they are only upgraded twice each and if I use three or four full power attacks, I can kill a legendary dragon as well as an ancient dragon
