Hey Mate, really enjoying your big trip videos and can't wait for Episode 3! Was just watching this video and I read a while back they do colourblindness tests. Did you have to do any colourblindness tests in your recent experience, other than the traffic lights at 03:07? I can tell the colours of the traffic lights at 03:07 apart, and also all bold / bright colours in general but do struggle with colours when theyre a bit close e.g. those coloured number dots. But traffic lights have always been no problem for me. Thank you!

It'd be so much better if you stopped with the creepy sexual comments. I totally get you were in Thailand surrounded by that stuff for a bit, but it's best to keep them to yourself, especially when you're marketing a channel to people that haven't been in the expat scene. You also don't want to carry a wallet ever. Split up your cards in a few places, keep cash in your front pockets, have a day or two of USD hidden in your rucksack, and always think about what you'll do if things turn to shit. I traveled for years and generally would run through scenarios like this: The risks are this, and if this happens, I'll do this, and if that doesn't work I'll do this other thing, but if everything fails, I'll get to X place, take care of my immediate needs and sort the problem out there. Anyhow, best of luck to you mate. You seem to be on this trip looking for something that's missing in your life, and I know you'll find it because I did when I was at my lowest.

bit late to be helpful by now I guess (haven't watched the whole video yet) but you can get a Residence Certificate from police stations, might have to grease someones hand locally to assist (say you live with them) but the trip to BKK could have been avoided.

I just bought a high airflow jacket from Kominee in Thailand at a motorbike shop. Right now it's pretty great when there's wind, but if you're stuck in traffic or at slower speeds there's no escape and the jacket is still hotter than wearing nothing, but eh... if you crash you don't want all your skin painting the road so I think it's worth it. I also just got some cheap riding jeans (Manta is the brand). They're excruciatingly hot, but they are very good imo. Sit your leg on the exhaust and you won't feel a thing coming through! Sit a lighter to them, and they don't burn for a while. Would highly recommend full gear man, it's too damn dangerous for t-shirt and shorts. I've done that before, but I now realize how stupid it was. Been in a roughly 50/60kph crash in them slipping on some gravel into a wooden fence (maybe 40kph on impact), and the gear definitely saved me a lot more damage than what happened. Completely fine, just a little bruising.
