Snap on writing things down before sleep. It’s like unloading my brain so I can sleep and not worry about forgetting something. I’ve even been known to wake up grab the notebook and pen in the middle of the night and make notes without turning the light on. Gets it off my mind though it can be a bit hard to read the scribble next morning!
