This book is truly a healing tool. As i was listening to it i immediately became worried that i wouldnt have access to it if the internet goes down😅 so i have to buy it! I felt so much relief & hope while listening to it & i thank God for it! This is a book i will be listening to repeatedly all throughout my life. It is a much needed reset when your mind is spiraling.
Hello, Daniel. I have a question: "Don't we attract those people who criticisize or hurt us according to the states that we have?" Those people show us that we are not harmonious with ourselves and have inner conflicts which should be transformed otherwise we don't attract them? Thank you for your videos! They help a lot! 💖🙏💖
it is not 100% the thinking that brings suffering but rather incomplete thinking or thinking with gaps; when you refuse to see the situation or a belief from different perspectives. Every single belief, situation would have different outcome , just by changing the perception. What people do is they think though a situation from only one angle and then say we are having anxiety bcs we couldn't find the solution, they didn't even try to introduce new angles to think their same thinking.
Thankyou very much. Mr Joseph you are doing a wonderfull work to many people, including me. I just found you yesterday, through your audio book Don't believe in all you think. It's the first book that realy understands the way I think and feel. Sometimes my mind does so much noise, and at that time I forget, of very important things that you say in your book. And also your videos. Thankyou very much, and All the Good for you and your family.
Spending like 10hrs talking about the book instead of just getting into make this book seems like full of 💩 Lost interest in trying to listen already, moved on! You Failed 👎🏼
Hi Joseph, fellow Vietnamese here :) I gotta say you were so brave putting yourself out there. And it did paid off! Congrats on the success of your books. I just knew about you today through James Clear's weekly newsletter. Anyway, I am the only one in my family and big extended family that decided to go on a healing journey. I used to always complied with family expectation at the expense of my own peace and health. The more I get to know myself and love myself, the more I choose my own peace and health first. It has been a tough journey but so rewarding. I do not have many people in my life that understand me or my journey. But thanks to the internet, I know that many people out there that are going on similar journeys. And that is so encouraging. I would love to put myself out there soon so I get to connect with more people, and hopefully help someone along the way.
I listened to this audiobook over a period of days allowing time for it to sink in. Incredible but true, the book delivers what it promises. There is such clarity & insight. Sincere gratitude for sharing so generously. May your work be blessed abundantly with all that you richly deserve. Thanks Joseph Nguyen!
omg, you are the author of the book "Don't believe everything you think". I was searching for reviews of the book and found your channel. Took me a minute to realize its are the same person.
I saw someone mentioned that your audiobook was on here, so here I am. I still plan to buy your book very soon, but this is a sweet thing you did out of the kindness of your heart. You are helping many and changing lives. Thank you. God bless.
Just on the part where you say l, that thinking causes distress i don't agree. the right way of thinking will get you further. You have to eradicate the negative selftalk rather than hide from it. it's as if you breathed in a fly a few times and now shy away from breathing. you just have to watch out for WHAT you think, not to stop at all. but thanks for the book, thats the only critique i have so far. up to that point, i love it
Muchas muchas gracias 🙏 ty so very much for openly & freely sharing this information with the world! God bless you & your incredibly selfless efforts to bring light to darkness, sadness, loneliness & depression ❤
this is such an important concept and im working on challenging my limiting beliefs. thank you for this video and your book. im suffering from muscle tension dysphonia and anxiety and this is definitely something i need to understand
Maybe keeping thoughts and thinking balanced yin yang. There are times when we are desperate. And there are time we aren't and we don't need to think. Feminine and masculine energy must ballence aswell
Would you call it.. "Emotional thinking" " Rational thought"? If we stop ourselves from collapsing into thought when we are in our emotions and let the water settle. Then our natural ability to reason will neutralise our negative emotions caused by thinking about our emotional thoughts?
