When I assumed a new role at a new employer I think I spooked my new manager when I emphasized that I had extensive auditing experience of many facilities in my previous role. This meant I knew where to find gaps in record keeping, regulatory compliance, and company policies. Soon into my tenure I asked a couple of my new coworkers if they knew very much about the record keeping system because I couldn't find key records for certain required actions. I think those coworkers discussed it with the manager. I was soon tasked with the most ridiculous activities, sent on wild goose chases, and pursuit of the manager's white whale projects so to speak. In my opinion it was a tactic by my manager (a sociopath if not a psychopath) to keep me away from the real job I was hired to do. I was set up to fail. I had a lot on the line at the time, could not walk away, and rode things out until I was terminated. I regret that I did not inform corporate counsel and upper mgt. of the shady and half assed way the department had been run.
OMG. This is a message from the pit of hell (the white man's kingdom) that you have to be better than them to succeed. Black men stop measuring your standards on the basis of white men and start looking at the blueprint God has for your life
Hiya, so acting weir. That's a sign to look out for. I am very aware of my surroundings and I noticed 2 people and they knew I knew what they were doing. The writing you suggested - it happened. I would suggest that there were inconsistencies with the employee handbook and the job description was way too dull. Onboarding process was way too disorganised and chaotic and you literally don't know how to spend your day due to the lack of consistency.
I think people complaining are not realizing he's teaching how to strategize and win in the white mans world. haha.....This guy is smart.....White people love to know everything about you they want to know all your business etc....PLAY TO WIN. BEAT THEM AT THEIR OWN GAME TO GET THAT MONEY!
I watched Darnell’s job interview videos in June 2020 and got the promotion. I find myself coming back to watch to prepare for an even higher promotions in 2024. I’m so appreciative for this opportunity to keep advancing both professionally and personally. RIP Darnell.
My interview was a bomb because i actually did prepare for way more advanced questions, but the technical interview turned out to be very easy. I was so tired and anxious that i wasn't thinking clearly and made mistakes that i never make at my actual day to day job. I just feel i can't recover because i feel so ashamed thinking i misrepresented myself and now i look like i am incompetent at my current job.
Who is perfect .? We are human after all I messed up trying to morph into a digital robot ... 😢, informed my manager immediately . I owned my bad . They still let me go but I left with grace and dignity I neutralised any power they had over me by taking ownership . A job to me now is simply a vehicle to meet the bills, I'm just merely a resource and as good as my last sale . But it ain't my life , they don't own me . I know there's bigger horizons . Never bitter always better , remember your worth guys ❤
Wow, I found the channel today and found out so fast. He really was a treasure to young people like me looking for a job. Rest in peace Darnell, and I hope life has been good for you Mrs. Darnell.
Just had my 2nd interview in person. I'm crossing my fingers that I get selected. I feel like i vibed with a staff I interviewed with. Also sent a thank you email to the hiring manager.
I was banker. Well I can beat you I was fired around thirty times by the age of 40 😂 it is so many times I literally lost count 😊 I new when management wanted to fire me they wanted to write me up any moment they could of course I never signed their bs write ups😂. Then coworkers stop talking to me and usually other managers get invited for firing processes😂 Each company was firing me they thought it was a first time for me they were not aware or even care that I went through that process so many times ❤ knowledge is power ❤
May I ask what should one work after graduated with a master degree but cannot find suitable skills bu cannot work at juinor level post for a middle aged person please?
I disagree you have to know the companies budget for the position first. For example if the role you’re applying for only pays up to $70,000 but you go in there asking for $100,000 you’re done they’re going to disqualify you.
This guy knows what he's talking about. I've been interviewing for the last 4 months and I can tell you that when they recognize you aren't what they want, they move to the end. If they like you, they keep going a little longer. If it was bad, they don't ask about your availability. If it went well, they do.
