FYI - if you might be craving a Pastel de Nata and you're in Wales, UK, you might consider checking our Bruno's Nata in Cardif. Bruno is an old mate of mine from the North of Portugal, that immigrated to the UK over 10 years ago, and his place and his recipe is authentic.
Lovely, brought back memories of our stay last year. I took lots of photos and video but haven't even processed any of it into planned projects as yet. We were supposed to go on the steam train that goes on the viaduct but it was cancelled. We still drove over there but there were no trains that day. I understand they've had other cancellations since then. While it's still something we'd like to do, I'm not sure I'd want to risk booking again.
Tough audience. I loved your presentation. I would have liked to have been able to read your slides but rhe text was too blurry and small. Awesome they are going to have the show in London next year, but I bet it will be a crush.
you can buy a 50 euro ticket called the deutschland ticket and it literally is valid in all of germany (exept on ice and ic trains) dont spend 90 bucks man
Dude I feel you on the internal thoughts. I speak fluent Spanish and my wife is from Venezuela. Now my thoughts are constantly in Spanish because that’s all we speak in the home but when I was first learning I remember that very well when it first started and it was just like you said. Who’s the new guy??…… must be a foreigner haha. Love your Channel dude!!! You’re awesome!
Coming to Berlin to learn German is probably a mistake. Almost everyone here (I live in Berlin) will automatically switch to English when they notice that you're a native English speaker. Even the mail men here speak English. My 12 year old German nephew likes visiting me in Berlin because he thinks it cool that everyone speaks English.
I need to try American bubblegum, I see so many Americans trying Irn Bru and saying it tastes like bubblegum and I'm like "How??" lmao. We also have a bubblegum drink from the brand "Barr", tastes completely different to Irn Bru.
Better in the sunshine but like lots of places in Britain, if you like walking and enjoy exploring, a day in Brighton can be a really chilled and enjoyable experience , which is clearly what you had , I really enjoyed your video.
This game was played on Sunday July 1, 2018. Nolan Arenado hit a home run for Colorado that increased their lead to 4-2 in the 5th inning. The Dodgers would score twice in the bottom of the inning to tie the score at 4-4 where it remained until Matt Kemp led off the bottom of the 8th inning with a tie breaking home run. The Dodgers added a run later in the inning to give us the final score of Los Angeles Dodgers 6 Colorado Rockies 4.
I completely understand (and not judge) why you pronounce the Croatian place names as you do, but as a Slovene it kinda hurts me a lil bit XD Just for future reference, Zagreb has the accent on the 'a', so [z'ah - greb]
I loved this video, I loved getting your humor tying all the points together, I'm now interested in Croatia as a potential travel spot in future and precisely because you showed us what is interesting...not just pretty. I'm much more of a "what's this place all about?" traveller than a sit and relax one. Nice one!
i loved this style of video but primarily because it was a shorter format. I'm so over videos that are over 20 minutes. I straight up just won't watch if it's not something i know will really enjoy the entire time and is over like 15-20 minutes.
Always enjoy how beautifully you capture landscapes but it would have been funny to include the part where you got Heather in trouble for sitting on the wall.
I just got back from Croatia today! Had a wonderful 4 days in Dubrovnik. It’s a beautiful city, really clean and comfortable to explore. The people were really friendly, beautiful views of the sea and the old city walls and the weather was gorgeous. But on the flip side it’s sad to wonder how different the city would have been if it hadn’t been hit by the war in the 90s. There’s also the downside lots of attractive cities are experiencing which is that it’s mostly a city for tourists nowadays as it’s got too expensive for locals to live there. So really the city is just turning into a tourist attraction rather than being a living, breathing city. But it’s made me want to explore more of Croatia 😊
Eric cartman??? Excuse me the voice was NATHAN from South Park. For the record my Cartman impression is awful, but my Nathan is on point and I felt it fit here perfectly haha
I went to Croatia on holiday when I was 9ish, and it was one of the best holidays of my life. We went to Rovinj and it was absolutely wonderful. We stayed on an island a little offshore and I will always remember it. Heard Schni Schna Schnappi there for the first time, played table football with my Dad for 20 lipa (winner wins a bag of skittles), saw lizards, had chips for breakfast everyday with some great bread rolls, and will always remember catching the boat back to shore at dawn to catch our flight back and I was given a bread roll by the boat skippers (they were bringing them to the hotel for breakfast) and dolphins appeared in the wake of the boat. An absolutely amazing moment. I also got this little painting for 10 kuna from a local artist of Rovinj and I still own it. Honestly that's just a fraction of the memories I have of that trip - it was amazing. Croatia is a under-appreciated area of Europe for tourism for sure
Hi Evan, I'm from Croatia and I can assure you, you did a great job presenting very nice bits and pieces from my country, but it has so much more to offer! Definitely come and visit us a few more times! 😇
Loved the introduction, and you managed to show how beautiful Croatia is with out making it boring like a lot of blogs.the waterfalls are amazing beautiful.
Went to Croatia a year back, went to Zadar with some mates as well as a day out to Krka National Park! The country was beautiful and the national park was incredible, the people we met in and around Zadar where so lovely and kind we never had an issue, while I wouldn't take our experience as gospel Croatia is beautiful country and not one to be missed if you can help it!
