This is fantastic. Well done, Juan all of the tips were helpful, but my favourite was JP Bouvet how he took a simple idea using the double stroke roll and applying it a way i would never have thought of which was very creative.

All good man! We all start somewhere! Put it like this, someone who is playing on Tin cans is wishing he/she had some XSR’s. I know I wish I had something when I was playing on tin cans. Work hard, keep God first and save up as much as you can and buy the cymbals your heart Desires. You got this. 💪
Excellent content as always!!! Very informative and helpful. Although all tips are very useful, for me those given by Louie are the most valuable as they can be adapted to your particular needs, which connects to the advice given by Staton. How to practice is almost as important as what to practice. I have struggled with that issue for years and still do. Thanks!

Yes, these are great techniques in practice. I like the "Muting" where it shows how you can effectively mix-up the sound and come up with different patterns. Thank you, Juan Carlos.
Louie's playing on the song "Waiting for August," by Marked Sky is almost as great as his playing on the song "What Can I Do," by Nate Williams. Both are on Meinl's channel.
