Here to share candid information about running, endurance sports, and everything involved in those subjects. After being asked by several of the people I coach and people who follow me on social media to begin putting my thoughts through video, I figured why not!
Thank you for this valuable info, I never had a sciatica problem ever but now it got me. Didn’t know where to begin but your video has pointed me in the direction on where to start ! Hoping on a full recovery, Thanks!

Hey bro. I been watching your videos. Very helpfull. I have a question when you started having pain did you stopped running or continúe running along with streght and mobility...
Thanks for watching and glad they are helpful and your enjoying them. I first went to my PT and asked. He said as long as the pain wasn’t increasing I could stay jogging but nothing long or big efforts. I just slowly jogged to maintain sanity while Rehabbing. The things I stayed away from was cycling as that really aggravated my sciatic
I’m about to take my Garmin Fenix and throw it in the ocean. They’ve updated the app and the watch and since then I don’t get accurate sleep data. I could get perfect sleep, and the Fenix would say I slept horribly and also my training readiness would take a toll. Really fed up with Garmin. Going to look into a coros
I have a 5k race next week. Is it better to wear the pro 3 with 260 miles in, or the pro 1 with basically 0 miles in? Im guesing the 1 since the carbon wears down quickly right,? Thanks
This is actually helpful. Thank you for putting this out there. MF sciatic pain has been the bane of running through my late 30s, and I by what you're doing is going to help me
bad reason #1 your feet shape or build doesnt always work with every shoe bad reason #2 the reason why your lower legs feel beat up is because of the lower heel to toe drop which in this case is 4mm overall for me personally i love it, just remember to work your way gradually to each stack height.
My adidas boston 11 running shoe got torn exactly at the same area. I really loved this shoe, but it has disappointed me greatly. They did not even clock 300 km since I bought them.
I'm here because of the software issues. Garmin is basically lying about software updates support and you see bugs on the forum opened for years. The bluetooth connectivity is trash!!
Its my first running shoe. I never thought that i will love runnig. I always used basketball shoe for jogging. I felt pain. Knee, feet, hips. But with boston 11 im pain free.
I have run in Kinvaras since the 3, with only skipping a few generations. I was hesitant to get these since such a major update. Found them for $60 so I bought them. So disappointed. My heal slips and they feel dead . My kinvara 12s which have over 500miles are more comfortable. I guess the new update does not match my particular gait anymore. My lower legs feel inflamed after most runs even though I am accustomed to a low drop shoe. Bummed because they have always been my go to shoe for over 10 years. I have since purchased the rides and they are amazing even though I prefer the lower drop.
Nice review makes me want to buy it but maybe synchro the volume of your voice to the music/sound at the end would make your videos better. Your voice sounds low while you music so high.
I just bought my first Garmin watch the fr 965 and I have had it almost a month and am getting battery drain after 1 day off the charger from 100%, it is also dropping heart rate and logging tons of incorrect heart data, so I think it is time to move on I am thinking about the apex 2 pro or do you have any suggestions?
just bought coros pace 3 and GPS all systems seems to be less accurate then my iPhone. Also, it locked in place but later showed a different place of start. When I googled it Coros website said it's best to wait 1 minute for the gps to settle! Heart rate is completely innacurate, as I have H10 strap and can track it accurately, and I am talking about resting heart rate as for the workout I've used H10. Further to that the screen brightness is awful, I can hardly read the watch face in my room light. I'm considering returning it as the only reason I've bought it for is GPS accuracy.
I’m a similar size as you and have had the Tomir 1.0 for almost a year and a half and they are extremely durable. Ordered the 2.0 and looking forward to them as well. Worth the $$ if they last as long as they do.
I have this shoe and never had these issues... Heel or shoe slipping isnt an issue for me i think they fit amazing like a sock Long runs they're amazing as they are so lightweight it gives me a quicker stride with higher cadence and therefore i think it improves my form which is why after a run my legs feels amazing.... All in all its an amazing shoe, Asics novablast 3 has been my favourite shoe for a long time but my new favourite is the Kinvara 14... My HM PB is 1:23 and my longest run in the Kinvara was 36km which felt great..
the exact thing happened with my Boston 11, this is not okey.. broke from the same place at 80 Mile only, and this is messed up! been saving to get this shoe and it's done within 30 days... what!!!!!
Hi bro i am from India i have big dreams to chase but my low back pain is stopping me this video is very helpful me so please make more videos about it sorry poor English ❤❤❤❤
Thanks for the video! I was supposed to run and was shooting for sub 1:20 as well, but I developed a stress fracture in my femur two weeks ago so I was not able to run. My family and I still came to watch, and you can see me and my family as you turn onto 7th Avenue. Hopefully, I can make an attempt next year. Thanks again for the content.
