I'm retired Windows Server systems IT professional. In all the years of doing bios updates I have never had one fail. I've done thousands ove the years. That's just bad luck.
Just like any other commercial embroidery machine - you'll start by talking to the tech, maybe facetiming the tech and only when it is determined to be necessary a tech will be sent.
The horrible miserable beast Richardson # 112 is why 'Patches' are being heat pressed & stitched on to caps. Leather Patches and other patch materials are the norm for the Beast 112. The Beast 112 is the most popular cap on the planet. I have no explanation for this. They are uncomfortable and feel like you're in a headlock. And- the company 'Richardson' are very difficult to deal with. Miserable people.
Great idea!! Maybe not a whole month.. but lots - I have it dialed in for white twill fabric with cut away stabilizer and patch backing. Now I'm working on calibration - I want it right before I put it out there :)
I have done Battenburg lace freemotion. We used the tape laces to form the shape (there was an example of the tapes on the Wikipedia page) The tape was shaped on a base of WSS. We filled in the space between the tapes with freemotion stitches forming bars/brides and woven spiderwebs. The machine tapes were also used in hand Battenburg. They shaped the tape by hand tacking it to a paper base. The fills were worked with needle and heavier cotton thread. I also shuttle tat and it is a completely different technique. Carol Undy has an excellent lesson on digitizing Battenburg for our modern embroidery machines.
Do you have a video discussion regarding serif feet on small fonts, like 6mm. Or a video of Erich’s or other you would recommend. I’ll check out The last link you mentioned as well. Thanks.
This is great info. I had a friend text yesterday looking for a font. She was asking if I had a particular software, which I didn’t. I suggest a friend that might have it, but she didn’t really want to bother her. So, I said, just offer the fonts that you have available in your software that are a close match. I know in our ScreenPrinting department, they will spend lots of time looking for fonts. My advice, if you don’t have time to do the searches, is to say this is what I can offer. Sorry I missed the live!!!! I guess the cats were sitting in for me💗💗 Thank you for always giving excellent information!!💗💗💗
Yes. That is not the sharpest needle you can use. Many people refer to it as a sharp, but it is semi sharp. The R point is the true sharp. Thanks for to info
