The worst mistake we as humans make is assuming we know the motivations and thoughts of those we've never met. Many in the US fight for accountability for say a drone mistake killing innocent people. That said many in my country say if you f*ck with us we will destroy you.... The answer seems to be the decision to not label people black and white (meaning all bad or all good). Human beings try to make the best decisions for survival. Americans are quiet and delicate but often have an international reputation of rude, loud and unintelligent fools. When I see the english speaking man in the beginning or anyone promising to deliver war and pain as a person I've never met who is scared and in pain. Globalization if we do it correctly will allow safety and dignity for all people. Earth is peaceful when you compare many time periods to this one but we are still animals. It started changing in the 1970’s but really took off with Reagan’s landslide election in 1980 and distract the ppl getting poorer every year in real wages. Nearly all new growth has gone to the top two tax brackets since 1980. This is why the average M class wages have been mostly stagnant and average L class wages have declined since 1980. This is also why income and wealth inequality have risen since the 1970’s/1980’s, many Western countries have grown weaker w/so much infighting we aren’t paying close enough attention to Russia, China, and other authoritarians, authoritarians attack Western democracies whenever we grow weak (when income and wealth inequality r high) and they try to occupy or install a far-right puppet who is working for and funded by authoritarians around the world, like Trump, Greene, and many of the other far-right politicians pushing Russian propaganda and US policies that r in Russia’s interest, not the US/West’s interests, like stop or hold up funding to Ukraine. Once Putin takes all of Ukraine, it’s American soldiers who will be fighting Russia and likely China, NK, Iran, pro-Russian controlled NATO states who won’t fight us physically but will try to disadvantage the West by influencing NATO decisions (these countries should be kicked out of NATO once they choose authoritarian//“illiberal democracy” policies. This is a national security risk.) Once WWIII really gets going, I’ll bet as many as possible authoritarian countries will jump in together to defeat the West and make China the new world leader, allowing Russia and China to throw out the international laws based on democracy and fairness to advantage their own country and destroy the West. Russia and China will make life he** for Western countries, to get their revenge. Western citizens think about what ur supporting. The authoritarians will eventually attack ur country unless u willing allow Russia/China to install their pro-Russian puppet, giving up control of ur country without ever having to to use their soldiers or fire a shot. U won’t be returning to democracy anytime soon unless the West wins WWIII and kills/captures Putin, Xi, and possible other top authoritarian leaders. If Western countries get themselves into another WWI or WWII situation as the aggressor, willingly getting urself into a Nazi situation, not defending from a Nazi aggressor like Ukraine is having to do bc of Russia’s expanding of borders, ur country attacks a democracies, I say the U.S. takes control of that country.
