Thanx for sharing this list Brittney!! Whats your opinion on the Flowerly Branch area? I came across some apartments online that are located there but I don’t hear too much about that area. Is it far out from the city? Loving the blonde btw❤❤❤
Farmers Branch? If so, love the area. Very close to the Addison area as well! I would consider this area. - thank you love ❤️❤️❤️❤️ had to try it once in my life lol
I know this is one of your older videos but I’m thinking about making a move to Dallas and this was definitely the most helpful video that I have found on YT. Thank you sooooo much! Definitely have a new subbie ❤❤❤
I was born and raised in the Dallas suburbs. Anywhere near downtown west or southern Dallas is as unsafe as it gets. If you want somewhat safety you have to go far north towards Plano/Frisco/Addison area. Move downtown at your own risk. I don’t even hang out there. Way too much crime for me. Deep Ellum is a damn battle field so good luck.
Everyone from Dallas says that lol. Idk haven’t ran into anything out of the normal. + I work in CRE industry , West Dallas (not deep in but immediate outskirts of downtown) is currently being revamp or gentrified. Singleton Blvd is the beginning of change there. Which is where I stayed .
A true Dallas native knows north Dallas is not safe either, they just hide their crime stats better. Oak Cliff, Bishop Arts, and East Dallas are cool areas to live. People talk bad about South Dallas because it's predominantly black. South Dallas has a lot of wealthy black people doing extremely well! Welcome to Dallas! As a Dallas native, I love this growth for my city.
I've been going to Walmart all my life and never saw any crime take place, I think social media exaggerates everything and people believe it. Yes, people steal from Walmart, but I've seen plenty of videos where people were stealing or fighting in Target. I cannot pay $300 at Target when I can pay $170 at Walmart lol. Great video, I will definitely check out that area. I lived in North Dallas years ago, so I know I like the city in general.
Whew I feel this! The struggle is REAL!! I'm 31 and nowhere NEAR where y'all 20 somethings are. I feel like I'm getting the absolute latest start in life on everything and it's extremely depressing smh. Nevertheless, I am truly inspired by y'all and truly aspire to be on y'all level frfr. I learn SO much from watching these vids. Interestingly the vast majority of my favorite RU-vidrs are in their 20s and all got their sh*t together. If I ever decide to have children, I will make sure that they get to enjoy life while they're young and not start living for the first time at 30 cuz this is truly ghetto AF.
❤Congratulations Britt!!! ❤🎉🤗🤗 Hearing that you have been manifesting this apartment is a huge motivator for me as I'm also manifesting a city view like yours. I still haven't moved to Dallas, but I know it will be before the end of the year if not sooner. ❤❤❤ P.S I love your outfit and you look stunning here! 😊
Everyone speaks on the upside to Dallas for Black people. Now get ready for the downside. Ever been to jail before? Well chances are you will be here in Dallas I'm speaking on the suburbs. DWB arrests are rampant especially if you are behind the wheel of something expensive. The cycle goes something like this : move to the suburbs of Dallas... Found food job.... Accumulated multiple traffic tickets from no seatbelt to parking on grass to turning with no blinker or jaywalking. Weeks later these turn into warrants. Get pulled over in the middle of your work week and get carted off to jail and car impounded. Either have 3 to 5 thousand dollars to pay the fines or hopefully someone on the outside to post bond or spend the next 2 - 3 weeks transferring from county to county jail sitting out tickets. Meanwhile you get behind on rent lose your job and still have to get your car out of pound which is $450 on the first day then $20 a day after.
Do you like living here? I visited because of you and I just got approved. The pet wash, bluetooth speakers, and the mounts already set up for hiding cables SOLD ME. I am moving from the east coast. I had a locator and this was better than the list she gave me.
@@michelleprince4211the austin at trinity green. I was going to move there but passed.. reviews are a little crazy, area kinda sketch/ugly 😭 best price if you wanna stay in that area tho close to downtown etc. there’s construction next door too
@@michelleprince4211 I’m 25F and that’s why I passed honestly esp moving to a whole new state/city. I had the citizen app while in the area and it was going crazy with crime. I will say the good outweighed the bad until I checked google reviews and saw someone who moved in 4 weeks prior to their review was complaining about elevator always broken, car tows in garage, and another woman being mugged a week ago (during my move in time frame) I think I saw trash complaints also. If she didn’t say the elevator be broken constantly, Id be in my apartment right now. I would visit in person then choose from your own experience, I really did love the complex tho! I toured 8 during my 3 day visit.
I'm saving to leave for Dallas and I have a few questions 1 is it easy to get around via transit if not should I get my license in atl before I leave or is it pretty easy to get one there and what are the safest areas that are centrally located
I would recommend staying in areas near the transit which I find to be clean and very useful. First area coming to mind is the Addison area. As well as downtown.
