Just an info, not only Alfa dare to rattle. I have a BMW 435i it rattled a lot from behind the cluster, replaced under wty, not solved. Dealer can't do anything more for you, try to live with it. After years of frustration i felt on a youbtube movie which pinpointed the issue . It wss not the cluster but the camera modules for 360° view, rear camera etx. They are somewhere behind the cluster. Too loosely mounted. So if any BMW f series drivers are reading this, and you have rattles, check the camera modules, access from bottom near the pedals and then look upside towards the cluster. I cannot imagine engineer's are not confronted with this during their developments tests.
I’m the same way, the actual chemical guys products I’ve used have worked well but I think if they didn’t have 5 things that supposedly do the same thing, they are stealing their own business and instead of researching a complete new product for the same purpose , spend that time and money into making an existing product perform even better
Yes, this manually puts the gearbox in neutral, but DORS NOT RELEASE THE PARKING BRAKE!! My F-type is dead, ive got the gearbox in neutral this way, but still cannot release the electronic parking brake. These cars are such pieces of shit, cant even tow them to a shop when they break.
@@geebeesgarage giulias are on the wheel column not on the steering wheel, i dont even like porsche lmao such a overrated car brand, plus we have bigger paddles than any car brand out there so if you complan about that, then idk
I've also had the impression it's the same thing. Could this leather cleaner be a diluted nonsense cleaner? I think I've read somewhere nonsense cleaner can be used on leather, but should be diluted to some degree. So... maybe leather cleaner is nonsense mixed with some distilled water... ?
@@geebeesgarage I finally got to test these two cleaners (Chemical Guys) myself. I got the Leather Cleaner Wipes and the Nonsense as a spray. I now agree with you entirely - I also think they are the same 😄 And undiluted. Just plain and simple the same 😂
All of my new cars that I have will not allow you to adjust the memory setting on the seats. It's because it's a safety concern. If you hit a setting and you're shorter than the other driver, it could move the seat too far back and then you can't touch the brake or gas pedal😅
Hey, that is the exact car my dad owned, we had it for about 8 years from 2007 and we sold it in 2015. If you want to know more about the history we can get in contact!
@@geebeesgarage This is the only 1992 850i in silver in the province. My dad also sent you a message on your instagram! Im glad that the car is well taken care of :)
I've responded. Thanks for messaging. I'm not that active on the GB's Garage Instagram account but you can head over to e34_dejavu I'm active there and you can see what I have on the go with my cars.
Except for the timing chains, the 2012 N/A is the best spec XF. Those darn timing chains are why I sold both my XF’s. But I missed Jag so much, I bought a 2019 XJL V8 and I am happy again. The updated timing chains gives me some peace of mind.
I'm a 2017 model's owner and I love so much my Julie , she is unique and I think she is like a beautiful brat girl...has some issues but I love her...by the way I'm also Italian and I'm proud of the italian ingenuity 🇮🇹
It’s the same thing!!! Look in the back of the bottle of ingredients. Same exact thing. I just noticed that today. That’s why I looked up this video. Even the Chemical guys blue Interior cleaner has the same ingredients but it does have a smell do it.
i driver for a living and i can tell you now having a drinks holder infront is a god send if it was in the middle between the seats. try to find you trink or twist your arm or body whilest looking forward is a night mare. They are cup holders not flask holders dumbass.
What about reverse? Mine won’t close. I noticed the bottom part of the latch isn’t going up. I can move it either way a flat head screw driver and then close the hood…but then I run into it not opening The cable is lose inside at the handle
Thank you for making this. I bought Manicci mats, since TuxMats were not available for my Giulia QV, but have had the same squeak noise which is annoying AF. Sad that we have to make these cuts on $200 mats but it gets rid of the emotional trauma of hearing that unbearable squeak.
Sorry I'm late to the party. Interesting information about those products and I've noticed that about many car detailing products. However as an auto mechanic for 65 plus years I have to tell you that I have dozens of tools many of which do the same thing however, I still buy new ones all the time. Never too many tools or products. Great video man loved it take care.
Paddles are EXACTLY how they should be. You always know they will be in the exact same place, perfect shifting every time. You don't need 2 hands on the wheel to drift or race or be a hooligan for that matter. Being on the steering wheel is stupid and useless.
Was using them the last three years but am backing off. Very expensive compared to ther products. I've been watching Project Farm and he's turned me on to better stuff
Hey GB, I am looking to replace the passenger side air vent on my Giulia because I suspect it rattles and gives annoying noise, but I dont know how to remove it. Did you try anything with that? Thanks!
Thanks very much for watching! I will put a video out in the next couple of days showing you how to remove the trim and see where your rattle is most likely coming from.
