What did you do to set up the primary clutch. What belt did you use . I have a 1k xp with an RX1, still playing with the primary it seems to launch to hard. You did a great job the Nytro RZR build . I am impressed.
right now we are running the primary from the snowmobile engine and the secondary from the razor turbo. I modified the secondary on the turbo to fit the snowmobile belt. We are going to throw on a aftermarket primary because the snowmobile primary is bad so we haven't done any tuning to the clutches yet.
We have atrail boss and the radiator did the same thing …have any advice the radiator is leaking and we are needing help on how to braze it as well. My husband thinks there’s no helping it. I just am sad cuz it’s a nice quad
Sadly these parts aren't readily available anymore. Being an oil cooler it is hard to keep them sealed and a braise just probably won't do it. Your best bet is to locate an ATV junkyard and look for a used one that's what I had to do.
Very simple kit. I installed this kit on my hd10. But it didn't seem complete. I had to cut some spacers on the upper side and lower side. It seemed sloppy without them. But i do like the simplicity of them. Fyi im running 30s in tires and also running zbroz shocks and that adds another 2". The car has completely different ride and look for tne better. All you got is the wheel fell off because you were negligent and didn’t put a cotter pin in like you’re supposed to and then you ran out of gas and then you need the valves adjusted
I know this video is a couple years old but. Before and while you’re trying to cold start ANY Carbureted bike get on it and rock it side to side pretty good 3 or 4 times. It will crank a lot sooner. Especially on bikes that are a little hard to crank.

My xp turbo 2016 has the same problem. It is 600 hours and after it warmed up strange noises started. On the way back home Crashed the whole engine and broke the case. I want to rebuild the engine Replace everything with a new, except the engine head which is fine Recommend rev6?
Been running mine straight pipes the last 3 years no problems at all didn't even need to do jetting also that yellow button is for reverse bc theres a revlimiter backing up 😊
It was a 2020. Do not buy a rebuild kit from rev6 power. If you don't know what you're doing, it's best to buy a reman engine and send your core back to them. Just swap it out and go. Otherwise you do need to buy special tools to put the engine back together
