yo bro, i was riding the bsd stacked stem (33mm rise) for a long time. by since i like optimizing my bike, i decided to get a shorter stem first but since i couldn't find anything that would work best, i then opted for the cult redemption stem which also has a lower rise. ended up being the best decision because barspins are much easier now 😊
Coaster looks mutch smoother and cleaner ride, but most tricks its easier with cassette. I switched to cassette now after 5 years coaster :) cassette is fun too :)
Its always the little stuff that messes you up the most 😂 i just either severly sprained or fractured my ankle on a curb height manny pad trying to do a manny 180... 😂
yo james, in summer, i go for a sesh anywhere from 7-8 am (to avoid the crowd in the streets and at the skateparks, also, to avoid the heat). in winter, closer to 10 or even 11am, depending on how cold it is 😊i'm a morning person, am like that for a very long time, was even in my 20s.
@@rokkrivec nice man. I’m 40 this month lol. Love seeing u ride man, I used to be out the door 10 am or digging my whole life until now I struggle ha .
@@jamesevans8520 that's awesome man, i'm just three years behind you 😊 you don't ride much then? have easy sessions and have fun, that's all that matters 😊
Yup, for me half squats are pure pain! Fact: Bologna is THE PLACE for the old parmigiano reggiano and Lignano Sabbiadoro for pistachio coppa! Keep it up 🔥
When learning new tricks like this, are you taking any breaks every few attempts to work on other things, or do you go in to a session knowing the exact things you will work on & for how long?
yo adam, no breaks, i just go all in working on pulling the trick. the only break is waxing the rail 😊 but this one happened mid session, i didn't plan it before starting riding, it just happened naturally. also, i don't limit myself with time or in how many tries i'll pull it, that's unnecessary stress. however, i always hope for pulling the trick as soon as possible 😊 i go by a simple rule: if i pull it, great, and if i don't pull it, that's great too.
cheers for your input bro. a short stem, even if only 2mm difference makes a big difference, which i couldn't really believe until i tried it. keep it up bro! 🤘😊
yeah social media fooled people that you need superhuman discipline to be fit. ive been doing calisthenics (2-3 sets of push, pull, legs, daily) for a few years now, and i can get the whole workout done in about 20 minutes. all you need is to be consistent with the basics. as always, great content, and i'm looking forward to the new kind of videos about workouts!
yo karol, that's it bro, you figuried it out! so stoked for you. right now, when i exercise with the half rep approach, i do abs, one upper body muscle group and legs and a little bit of stretching in about 50-60 minutes. in the past, i needed at least an hour and a half, but what's worse, i didn't receive such good results as i do right now. thanks for sharing bro! and thanks for your support, really appreciate it🤘😊
How did you like the bsd raider frame? It also has a longer back end vs this one. Do you prefer the shorter back end? I find look back ends a lot more stable
yo bro, thanks for reaching out! i really liked the bsd raider frame but i must say that the biggie one is more than perfect for me. i like the 21.5 tt and the shorter rear end. but i needed to readjust my foot position on pedal just to avoid hitting my back peg, which i didn't have to with the longer rear end on the raider frame. are you thinking of getting the raider frame?
@@rokkrivec Okay interesting, why do you like the short rear end more? Just for spinning? Interesting you must have big feet because you already have 160mm cranks haha
@@BMXTV. for spinning and manuals and it also makes bunnyhops easier. haven't tried any whips, so not sure how it affects those. yeah i know, i though the 160mm cranks will fix that, but i still kept hitting the back peg with my heel haha. no problem anymore because i readjusted my stance and it now already feels natural
@@frkids8401 yo bro, i basically jump just like i'd do a straight 180, just in fakie. will try to figure out how to film it and turn it into a how-to. thanks for your support! 🤘😊
Fantastic one! I just learned how to nollie and am now learning feebles & still working to land my first 180! As always thanks for posting this awesome content, I learn a ton watching!
yo samuel, i'm a morning person, i like waking up early in the morning and really enjoy the morning silence 😊 i run www.thebmxdude.com website and other projects for myself and clients (remotely). i don't ride every morning, but try to ride 3-4 times per week, i also workout a lot, so don't have time to ride every day 😊
