Buna….Am un passat B8 2.0tdi DSG7 150 cai an 2018 DFGA cu 104.000km….cand sta masina parca simt ceva miros de gaze sau ulei nears….nu scoate fum…pe tester nu arata nimic…antigel si ulei nu consuma deloc….reviziile au fost facute la 1 an sau 15.000km….oare ce ar putea fi?

Is an interval of 120000km for DSG 7 speed in newer models OK, or should be less? VW recomends 120000km. What about an inner filter change and cleaning magnets?

Hi, I just did oil service on my dq381 mechanic said he filled only 5 liters of oil and check the level was ok how is that possible? Didnt drain the oil from mechatronic bolt maybe??? Help

Hi, how did you get out the old alternator? there is a minimum space, I cannot move down as still something blocking..... I released A/C compressor and left on tubes installed, same as in video.... if anybody has any good idea, please drop here. thanks

Great video thanks for the help doing this job. One to watch for if your car has high mileage or lots of corrosion like mine. I managed to snap one of the bolts which holds the parking brake servo motor to the caliper. I suggest soaking from both sides with penetrant spray 1st before loosening.

Looking to purchase a diesel dsg vw touran or tiguan. I'm avoiding the 1.6tdi in the touran as they have the dreaded dq200 dry clutch. Can someone please confirm which touran and tiguan diesels have 7 speed wet clutch? I know some 2.0L engine have 6speed wet dsg but do any have 7 speed wet? Which years etc that's serviceable i.e. fluid and filter every 40K-ish Thanks ✌️

Hi, very good video and well done I serviced the same engine recently on a VW model, never seen this oil filter location for any BMW or VW i owned! always at top of engine very easy 😂 I recommend getting oil warm (around 50 degree C) I used an extraction pump from Amazon I can recommend highly, I removed ALL oil below even the sump plug, I had to put a full 5 litres in to reach maximum on dipstick. Again great Job 👍

Its recommended to clean in lubricate guide pins also when changing brakes, also you need to clean brake pade seats on a caliper holder. Just my recommendation.

Why not just fill the same amount of oil in what came out and drive?

Why would you put 6L in if only 4.8 came out? All the dsg service kits come with 5L of fluid and filter.

How do you get back the accurate mileage reading on the new cluster?

Wrong. Red overflow pipe dont need to loosen 2 turns. Can be tightened fuĺly. If you have the white yellowish Pipe then yes,loosen for 2 turns. And after correct oil level is reached then it can be tightened to 3nm.

Followed this procedure today, thought it went great until I tried to drive the vehicle. Brakes all work fine and so does the electric handbrake but the car is displaying all faults with the braking system and is running rough and stalling. Any ideas what has gone wrong?

Greeting. My mechanic did the same thing you did - put in 6L but didn't end up draining the excess oil. Is it dangerous to drive like that, or should I drop the excess like you did? I guess I have an excess of 0.5-1L of oil in the gearbox. Thanks for your reply!
