My mother taught us 6 kids to make these just this way, we all had our little variations and pass them to our kids, we called them Big Pancakes, or Bigguns, roll them with butter and good maple syrup, a good breakfast to work the farm after.
Looks great--love using rice flour! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs. Thanks so much for sharing
i just baked it and it came out good. I was surprised since I didn't think it would work with the layer of dry ingredients. thank you for posting it. the time in the oven was much longer though. but I have a question in the video it says 175 g powdered sugar but in the ingredient section, it says 175 g sugar. could you please tell me which one you were using? thank you and have a wonderful day.
