In two moments proceed tightening the four screws in a cris cross pattern. Start with one of the two screws inside the cylinder head. The first tightening can be done at 30~40Nm, while the second and last one is fixed at 55Nm. The screw 14 (little one) must be tightened at a torque of 10Nm. (In Beta USA site you can find a repair manual of the engine for more information)

Ανά πάσα στιγμή βγάζει ιστορικές πινακίδες λόγω ηλικίας. Αλλά αφού με την υπάρχουσα νομοθεσία περνάει ΚΤΕΟ κανονικά και πληρώνει τέλη όπως και οι άλλες μοτό όλα καλά... Για τον θόρυβο αν θες να ενοχλήσεις ενοχλείς αν δεν θέλεις δεν ενοχλείς. Wow ! Your kickstarter is working !?? I just have 2019 480rr race edition and it has kickstarter installed. But its almost impossible to start it with kicker . E-start no problem, but with kick starter no way . Maybe you know what could it be ? Or where I can find info ? Because its sad when you have a kicker but ita not working . Thanks.
Start the engine from cold. After that let the engine warm enough until the thermostat reach the working level ( i think it's 87 oC) do not play with the throttle until the engine reach the 87 oC. Stop the engine and hear the automatic regulator at the injection unit making a reset... This is how resetting the injection automatic choke manually. Otherwise use the specific program plug in the CDI unit...
I operated a 992 and 994 were you trying to move all that machine to get the material in the bucket and operated hydraulic shovel and backhoe and all your moving is a bucket stick
How do you like it, how does it run? Hard to kill? Start easy when it’s hot? I’m looking at a 2019, different motors, but I imagine they didn’t make it worse.
AEXRT65 yes, the 2020 is great, but it won’t be around for a while where I am, and I don’t like buying new anymore so it will be even longer for a used. I already have a 19’ 250 with some interchangeable parts so it makes sense on a 19’ 350 race edition. I just wish I could test ride one. Closes used one is 5 hour drive away.
Hello, excellent video, I have the same motorcycle as you a 350rr 2015 efi, my motorcycle has 9000km (6000 miles) and has a somewhat high oil consumption (I use 10w50 castrol power1 for the engine and 10w40 motul transoil for gearbox), each 750km new both, I plan to replace the piston with valve seals soon, my question is ... to put the chain tensioner back on, do you need any specific tool? I will have to take out the engine to remove the cylinder head and cylinder because of the little space there? Thanks and regards
The oil consumption is from the oil piston ring (the factory oil ring it is very week). The castrol power 1 suits very well on the engine (i use it too and the engine runs very well) For my opinion It is more comfortable to work the engine out of the frame. The tensioner is hydraulic and i don't see a reason for change. you will need normal tools and always follow the manual instructions.
Nice vídeo! I has a Beta 350RR FACTORY 2014 and i never change the piston. I Just change the oil gears. Clutch and water pump. I change the engine oil every 10h and the gearbox oil every 20h. She have 325h and runs perfect.
Today i have tear down the engine after 165 hours to change bearings in the engine. I'm making a video to show you. If you racing the bike the maintenance hours close up to the manufacturer if you run it every Sunday trail ride you can go 1000h with no problems...

Great video! I have the same model and year, and I’m pretty happy. Have had to do the seals in the water pump like the other guy commented. Exact same problems. wondering if you have some tips with other problems that have accrued. The clutch has been dragging since I’ve got it, have to rev a bit to get it in neutral. But now the clutch is also slipping in 3rd Or 4th gear and up. I’m going to take a look at it one of these days, and would be grateful for tips to what to look for. about 100 hours on the bike now, have done oilchanges according to manual. Also it has always had a bit low charge, battery runs out after just a few starts. Thanks!
The oil i change it every 10-15 hours it depending for the training and for sure at every race (both oil's gear & engine) . For the radiator it is necessary a fan kit not to get hi temperature. (Hi temperature increases the pressure so the paraflu escape from the orings inside the gear oil..) for the battery issues change the three component's of charging systems (there are in Fuse in the battery or behind the battery) theses are: the capacitor ,the 3 diods, and a single diod. These three component's of the charging system sometimes have issues and they mast change.. (sorry for my bad English)
when i bought it the counter was in 146h but i didn't believe it because the counter didn't work properly and the previous owner not maintenance the bike properly.
How many hours on the Beta 350 before you needed to rebuild it to this extent? I see you replace a gear near the clutch assembly, was this a plastic oil pump gear? I have a 2017 Beta 480, wondering when I will need to do this work in my bike? Thanks for a great video.
After 200h the 2 plastic gears of the oil pumps must be changed. You can put metal gears. I have seen selling it at beta boano racing team but they're a little bit expensive... And Always change the gear oil every time you change the engine oil...
I have bought this bike used and i had to tear down everything because the previous owner wasn't respect his bike. (He wasn't a racer) thankfully the engine except for the plastic gears was in a Very good condition.

I see nothing wrong here! I have seen similar practice with a straight edged bucket fully skimming the face of a sand pit. Cutting through a few inches of the face is sometimes the only way to dig with a wheel loader.
Firstly, i'd like to say awesome solution, very well done. I am in Australia, i have installed a 30 tube system on my fathers house and it is very prone to overheating. I would like to fit this to his set up to prevent overheating. I was looking at automatic remote control window shutters. The price would be around the $900 aud mark. Is there anything cheaper than this? what did you use and at what cost?
I would say that unless the owner of the equipment has so much money they can afford to completely rehab a unit every month or so or buy a new unit every year or less that the operator is being careful to not tear up the unit.
