I've finally upgraded to an i-58600k and RTX 2060 from EVGA. I post pretty much whatever I'm playing and mostly just putting it out there for myself really. This song has been stuck in my head for years now and i never get old of it. I remember coming across this mission as soon kerry started i just sat back and vibed.
I've always loved cyberpunk for the little moments like this. In all the chaos and tragedy you have a time like this to sot and reflect with an old rockerboy

When I finally decided to give cyberpunk another chance a little bit back, I got this song stuck in my head, and I’ve gotten good at guitar since then and now I’m trying to learning this song, it’s so damn catchy
Most romantic scene in the game straight up fell in love with Kerry when he started serenading V on the Yacht lol i know he's old as hell but who cares lol
I say we do a challenge, we use this and make a song, using all the things he was dealing with, Johnny coming back, reliving the samurai days, being fucked over by the industry, and or falling for V and vice versa if you went that route.
This song really hits home the melancholy of night city. A place beautiful on the surface and is a symbol of hope for a better life. But pierce that veil, and you see the rot underneath. Even those at the are not immune
This game has brought out some genuine emotional responses from me. The Boat Drinks side mission seen here is one of those. The player, Johnny and Kerry talking about making changes and an ending an era is relatable and the song sets the tone. There are few games that have so many gems that make it special despite the flaws its still dealing with. This game and its story hold a special place in my mind.
I never knew this, I am an avid SIM racer but I am thinking of having a go at this Microsoft flight simulator for having a break from SIM racing sometimes, I bought Euro Truck simulator for the same reason, I was looking at getting a joystick just for Microsoft flight simulator, I got same wheel now I can see it being done I will buy Microsoft flight simulator next week, And use my steering wheel for now, I will still get a flight stick in time but for now damn I wil use my Logitech steering wheel.... Will have to write all the buttons though, It is what it is if you skint and got a Logitech wheel lol.... Nice one mate....
Man this moment hit all the emotions for some reason. I finished Kerry's storyline earlier this week and 4 days later I learned how to play this song on guitar. That's how much this moment had an impact on me.
It's worth noting, since the game seems to forget this, but Kerry and the rest of Samurai are at least in their 80s by this point. They were around in 2013 for Alt's death, and were still rather young in 2023 when Johnny blew up Arasaka tower, meaning they had to be no younger than their mid 30s by that point
I don't think cyberpunk is not that bad I think it's a good game as a lot of good options of the story of the true ending bad and all that etc understand it's not really a bad game he gets your feet into it it's really not back in it's really good game it's 8 out of 10 in my book sure has bugs a lot of them back then once you start getting to know it and start fixing it then you see your eyes you'll see the true colors of the game
