"Guaranteed safe", you might want to think twice about this statement? "The growing popularity of go-kart tours has been accompanied by a rise in accidents. Police data shows that seven personal injury accidents involving street karts occurred in Tokyo between January and August, all resulting in minor injuries."
are you able to flip out the screen with the side handle there still? also, thanks to you, I have now purchased most of the parts in this video to rig out my X-S10.
If you don’t know English, yes. Japan is Japanese of course , and its sub langue which is the universal one, is English. I speak Spanish too. But you will definitely need the English too if you don’t know Japanese lol
As one if the comments says, you need english to survive Japan. But during the go karting activity, we were taught some hand signals. This makes navigating and getting around very easy.
Holy Moly - THIS WORKS!!! Why isn't this more widely known? It should come with Zoom and Monitor instructions. I bought a sheet of polarized plastic for $6 bucks on Amazon. Cut a little piece off and taped it to my monitor's camera. Walah - problem fixed!
It does look dangerous right? and you’re racing through the streets at around 40kmph. But it was guaranteed safe, and the service made sure to have safety precautions
what are your thoughts on doing the recording 4k 30p/60M or 24p/60M? what are the differences? This is mostly for low light shoots, recording stand up comedy.
Hey! I'd personally shoot 24p/60M for the look. The main difference is probably just the feel of the video, 24p will "feel" more cinematic and 30p will feel more "smooth". Either setting should be fine but i recommend doing a couple of test shots and watching them to help you decide which feel you like better.
Thank you for the video, what mic would you then recommand in doors then? And is there a possiblity to hide the wireless mic when the person is in an interview position, this big thing at the neck doesn´t look the best with the dead cat on it.
Hello, thank you very much for sharing this valuable information with us. I make sphere and egg shaped works from epoxy resin. When photographing these and shooting videos, the reflection of the softbox light occurs. I wonder if the polarizing filter can be effective on shiny surfaces such as glass. Does a polarizing filter work in artificial lights such as softboxes?
Hi, I think this could work. I haven’t tried it but I belive this could be a possible use case for polarizing filters. I will try to do an experiment of my own but please let me know if it works for you.
Very unique approach. I'm ordering it now. If it works, you are a magician. I suggest putting some Amazon link in the description, someone may use them. Great tips, Aran. Thanks.
Btw, I tried and it works. Unfortunately, I've got two monitors and the second one still creates a glare but the tip is very helpful. I can either disable the second monitor when recording or just accept a bit of glare.
