You can find dash replacements online but the speaker grill area is not the same. Stitching by Diego does dash repairs and is located in the Chicago land area, which I want to get one from him.
I had an offer for it that sounded too good to be true. the sale fell through and buddy wasted my time. Not going to sell this one anymore, just gonna restore it and enjoy it.
@@bignip2000 no, after getting the run around, i decided to just keep it. Ive been slowly cleaning and fixing the problems with the car. Video should be dropping in the next 2 weeks !
I had an '85 Landau in the same color back in the early 90s. There are a few subtle differences, but yours is almost exactly like my old one. It'll be cool to see yours back on the road!
Yeah '85, '86, and ''87 had almost the same interior like you said with subtle differences. Engine isn't even really broken in yet, just going to do an overall tune up and get it painted back to its original dark red metallic.
Excellent job is this a personal investment or a customer job? This is a rare car production figure wise. That bluing of the upholstery is UV damage of that one time appearance of fleece upholstery by GM.
I was in the middle of selling the car, but the guy wasted my time. Im going to clean her up and get some fresh paint on it. The bluing isnt as bad as it looks, still definitely has some color there. like and subscribe for more Caprice and 80s Cars.
