WE ARE ADVENTURE ENTHUSIASTS DESIGNING SMART and FUNCTIONAL PARTS FOR KTM & HUSKY ADVENTURE BIKES!
Production: The ideas and the parts development is up to us. The small batch production is up to local (Czech) companies experienced in given areas. For example, the tanks are manufactured by a company which also makes tanks for Caterpillar and the foot pegs are CNC milled by a company which supplies to Airbus, etc.
Distribution: We prefer to have direct contact with you. You can buy your parts only via our webpage. We usually have our parts in stock and we ship all over the world. We ship mainly via post but, if needed, we can also ship via FedEx courier and you get your parts within a few days wherever you are.
Customers: We are happy to have customers from every continent all over the world. We enjoy email communication with you about our parts and your needs. We are ready to listen to your feedback and further improve our parts and service in every detail.
Great video. Please let me add one note of caution: the brake lever pushes a tiny plastic cylinder against a micro switch. If you lose this it’s not available separately as I discovered having not realised I’d lost it. It’s 5mm x 5mm in case you need to make a replacement (which I did). I used the end of a plastic numberplate bolt which is pretty much spot on. My brake light didn’t work but in fact it was on permanently. My local KTM shop found this out and took one off and existing bike to show me!
Why, would you want short clutch and brake levers on a 690/701? For less leverage and a harder pull? The reason to shorten them is when trailriding with alu handguards that dont permit normal levers. But looks matter, convince people short levers look cool and they will buy them.
They don’t need more than two fingers. The clutch especially is very light and the quick shifter makes its use pretty much starts and stops. It lets you keep more contact with the bars and for off-road that’s essential.
It's not in the video, but remember to unscrew the opposite screw to the one hidden behind the radiator before popping up the OEM air box (3:37). If you have a SAS/Canister Removal Kit by Rottweiler, you won't need the T connector -> only one pink cable is required. And to the RadeGarage team - great product and excellent DIY video! I wish you give NM values for screws - I have a tendency to overtighten everything ;) For example, I had to check in the repair manual that the fuel pump screws are 4 NM.
Rade, mluvit spatne anglicky😁, tak se zeptat česky. Hele ten Osm And je dobrej na off road trasy? ja mam stejne CarPlay na atas tak toho chci využití lol
Very innovative 👏 👏 , now can you make that for the ktm 690 /gas gas 700 , or better yet for all duel sport bikes . . This might actually be the game changer that fixes a lot of fuel issue's for many people . Excellent work guys .
Just bought a 23’ 690 enduro r with the Rade fuel tank already installed. Yesterday, after about 50 miles into desert ride, the fuel from main tank started pushing into aux tank and ultimately dumping out the vent into my lap. I had to shut down and open main tank so they could equalize and turn aux tank off to continue. Performed this 3 times before turning aux to off to finish ride. When I got back to shop, opened aux tank and turned bike back on, sure enough it started gushing fuel into aux tank. First time this happened and 3rd time I’ve made this same 120 mile round trip. It was hotter this day, around 90f, but it was in 80s other days. Any ideas, seems like I need a check valve or there are issues with the fuel getting hot and main tank not venting adequately?

Hi.Can the Garmin Tread be mounted on the bike in portrait mode? Also, am I right in saying you can navigate with Tread using both Garmins own navigating software, as well as the DMD2 navigating software? Thanks :-)))
The best upgrade for your 990/950 Adventure you can get... - easy to install (less than one hour) & easy to adjust - highly recommendet (-get one, as long as these are still in production !)
We need some reviews on this, maybe DirtBikeTest? I'm curious how much this would improve the handling only having fuel in the aux tank. Big improvement I'd imagine.
