I find it hilarious when experienced nurses don’t like new grads a get a good kick out of it as if they hadn’t been there before and are above everyone
I don't know if NP is Worth spending all my life time for because i have tried youtube I associates and some others and still failed 4 attempt. I feel so frustrated don't know what to do anymore don't even have time for my own kids anv more💔💔💔😔😔
I have a cousin who never studied much, we studied together but she gives most of her time to her phone than her studies after writing the ANCC test last month she passed and i failed😢, i asked her how she did it, just found out she got help from Mr Richard
My mind just randomly thought of you!! I want you to know I have one more year left in nursing school and you are one of the main people who helped to encourage me during my prerequisites.. COME BACK SOON ‼️❤️❤️❤️
Feeling so defeated:(i studied hard all week, stayed up until 4 am. Woke up at 7 and worked until 4. Created a practice test with. Did it. Checked my answers. Went back and analyzed what i did wrong. All for Nclex :(i think that i was just so tired by the end of it all that i just wanted to be done. I'm hopeful that i can bounce back but right now I just feel like crying 😢 😭💔💔🤕😓😔💔💔😓
I feel your frustration. The feeling of failing after putting in hours of work is heartbreaking. I go for 2nd attempt next week. I'm scared as hell. But i will not let this test win, i know am capable
Frustration is a very positive sign. It means that the solution to your problem is within range, but what you're currently doing isn't working, and you need to change your approach in order to achieve your goal.
The second half of this video is something I will take to heart. I work as a medical assistant and I decided to get CNA certified. I want ICU experience and working in rehab will be way to go for me. The only reason I haven't left my MA job is, because I just got a raise two months ago, making $19.50 an hour. So, I'm ONLY looking for hospice and rehab that will pay the same. Good luck to me.
Thank you so much for your transparency! It really helps to know that I am not alone. I’m currently at that point where I don’t know what specialty I want to work in. But, I do know that Primary Care is not for me. One point you made that was like a light bulb, just apply everywhere! Don’t put too much pressure on myself and eventually I will end up where I belong.
You think it’s possible for a new grad to work their regular RN job and still have a per diem job?! Or would you say per diem is more for experienced nurses?
Your level of ambition and drive is crazy inspiring. I’ve been watching you for years and it’s like you have an endless amount of energy and insane work ethic. You are amazing and so inspiring to women. I’m not even in the medical field either. Hope you are doing well.
My school doesn’t give enough time either. Idk what’s up with them not giving us enough time and my school has random questions as well. Luckily they’ll throw them out of a lot of students miss it.
Thank you sis this really helped me to create my own academic plan because I'm a new student LPN who who I didn't know what they were asking of me in my application for the academic planning portion this really helped me to create a rough draft of an academic plan
I work in a hospital also.....just as a security guard.....I had to tell a small group of Caucasian men that they'd have to follow the rules or leave hospital grounds........one replied in a sarcastic manner " are you our daddy " .......I said "I can spank that azz if I had to" .....and proceeded to tell them " no I'm security but either way you're gonna follow the rules or leave the hospital campus "........they got mad and asked to speak with my Captain.......me and my Captain laughed at them later that day 🤣
