Why are we still using a calculator bought from Toys R Us in 1994 to film these classes? Weren't you the yogi that got caught up in all that controversy a few years ago? Maybe that's why it's not in 4K?
I miss you Bikram… there’s nothing like hearing you sing at the end of class, or any time of day or night for that matter, what’s the matter? Brain Matter!! Beautiful voice… resonance… Do you remember about six weeks after the training (Spring, 2000) when you said to me, “Jesse,you have to teach or you will lose it! You are teaching Monday morning 9 AM!” … I was terrified since I didn’t believe in myself, but you believed in me! Thank you Boss !! 😘
A friend at work gave me this book; brikam yoga, I was entranced by it immediately , after reading the first 35 pages ‘ I then did the 90 minute u tube video yoga practice,, very challenging at 62 years old but very very effective and beneficial. Thank you .❤❤❤
I did Bikram yoga in the late 90's. I liked the heated room and the yoga routine. I was also studying with an excellent Iyengar teacher who cautioned against injuries from Bikram yoga. I also frequented a holistic clinic across the street.from.the Bike am studio where many people.came for.injuries from.this type of yoga. It is not for everyone and people should not force their bodies into poses that can hurt them. His power has led him down.a dark road on different levels.
