Thanks! I replaced the pack, but it was set for a spa with a circ. pump, and I didn't have one. I was able to program in the correct LL3 and it worked fine.
How do you know which LL program to run? I have changed my heater because of FLO code. Still same problem. Iam wondering if it's the LL program. I had it on 1. Pump 1 wouldn't turn off. I now have it on 4 now I can individually turn on and off each pump.
There's a piece of paper that comes with your pump that explains what the different LL values are. Watch out! They're different even for the same model but different software versions they've loaded on the control board.
Hi Ryan, Thanks for all your tips! I wonder if you can help? I had a tree that fell on my electrique lign and broke it...so since that event, my spa won't start! Like there's no électricity at all. I checked the fuses wich seems ok, all breakers on and the spa technicians are way expensive here in Québec. Do you have any tips?
If there's no electricity at all (use a voltmeter to check the incoming lines) then you need to trace back the power line. There's likely an on/off breaker for your hot tub that's nearby. If there's power coming in but the control panel isn't registering anything, then you're probably best getting a new control board.
I drained and cleaned my hot tub and everything worked fine. 2 days later I get the flo error and only one side of hot tub is working. Any suggestions?
Every once in awhile I go out to my tub and the jets that are suppose to always be running, pushing flow towards my filters, are not running. I turn off the power and they start up again. I read that they are alway suppose to be running. What would cause this, it’s not my filters I took them out and replaced them

Wow. It's been a long time since I made this video. I'm a much handier pool husband now. At the time, I just replaced the pump and that worked. Today, I would: 1. Take the back cap off the motor to make sure it's spinning. If not, then something is stuck in the impeller. 2. If it's spinning, there might be air trapped in there. I'd divert the main pump to push through the line only to get any air pushed out. 3. I'd remove the front cover and inspect the impeller. Is it damaged? Is there something in it? Does it spin if I just turn it on with the front cover off?
I had the same problem bought a brand new booster pump and it’s doing the same thing. Just spent $400 on it and bought two new capacitors as well still no water pushing. I am so frustrated and out of money I can’t afford another $85 pool tech house call. Any suggestions??
"Pool husband." That's what I need! LOL Like Bouji I am having the exact same problem. The only hint I have to what is wrong is that I hired someone to fixed a leak on the booster pump, and it is not pushing any water now. But that also shows what kind of pool repair options we seem to have here in Austin, Texas. They usually want to replace everything at great expense. But if you demand a repair, then don't expect anything to work afterwards. Bleh! At least it is not leaking. That was my biggest concern, but it would be nice if I could get the Polaris to work. I inherited this pool maintanance nonsense from my dad when he died, and it is a bit overwhelming.
I've got this problem, i'm taking the booster pump to a shop tomorrow to see if the impeller is bad or whatever and i'll post here as soon as i hear from the guy. Same problem though, the booster pump runs but no water. The filter is clean and i have no apparent leaks or anything.
Since the guy who uploaded this didn’t provide any solution, I’ll share what mine was. The impeller was cracked and therefore not able to push water, so check into that if the shaft is spinning. Easy fix.
Easy fix if you know how to get to the impeller and replace it. I don't like messing with any of this stuff because of fear of getting electrocuted or breaking something. I have that inate fear of self repairs that comes from getting in over my head too many times. *sigh* Oh, to be young again when nothing intimidated me.
To further sound like a broken record here is you post a video with a problem seeking help and/or a solution and then you don't even respond to other peoples questions or posts? Now ask yourself this question... Why in the world would anyone want to subscribe to your channel????? Thumbs down on this crap.
Were you able to solve this problem? I have the exact same issue. It seems like there's no water going in the booster pump. I replaced the impeller, shaft seal and o ring but still the same, no water coming out.
