On this channel I will be doing many DIY mods that you can do as well on your car for little to no money. All the things that I do can be done by anyone, no mechanical experience required!
I am so glad I didn’t buy a 3000gt to learn how to work on cars instead I got a way WAY easier car to work on a clapped out 1997 rav4. Just dropped the subframe and putting new junkyard engine in it as we speak.
Big ups to you big man. I had to fix front end of my Camry 2x and nothing else to fix mechanically so I repainted it too. People don’t understand how much work you have to do to get it done, especially on my very small college budget lmao. It definitely could’ve came out better paint wise but props to you for putting in the work
Why are you being so hard on yourself? What you set out to do would be difficult for someone who does it for a living and has a shop fully outfitted to do it. The fact that you even go this far is a massive accomplishment. Working on cars is about doing it your way and because you like it. Way too many snobby little dorks out there who have never turned a wrench in their life but think they know cars because they paid to put a set of wheels on their car. It doesn't have to be perfect, its about the journey and the learning experience. If you don't like something modify it again. I think you gave up too easily. Yes cars can be a pain, and more so with lofty goals. But you step back cool off and have at it again.
Sup brother, I’ve got a mk3 Supra and a 3000gt vr4 as well. I hope you come back to RU-vid sometime man, it’s nice seeing someone else with some of the same cars as me. Whether it be mods or troubleshooting issues
Well i have a car i'm looking at. It doesn't have a key, It's being sold because it was left on the property of a new owner. the doors are unlocked, no idea if it runs or start. I already know it's a bad idea, but it's 500 bucks.
What can I say? I am glad you painted this 3000gt brown because it's the first one ive seen built to look like a turd. It's such a giant turd not even a Ferguson could flush this thing. At first i was upset there was no walk around showing the car off just a lousy terrible quality shot of the back end going onto the street. But i realized it was done on purpose, to save us from laughing even harder at that creation you call a 3000gt. You guys proved the theory that hard work pays off as a wrong theory. Congratulations for that.
