great and funny your videos, I would like to know more about combine diferent type of skirt and dresses in an outfit and in a capsule wardrobe cause I use it a lot (office job, medium or big stucture bag) and I live in a very hot country, summer all the year almost. thanks. by the way I try the 3 words and I found it out minimal/ classic, polished and comfy
This is excellent. There are a whole lot of people out there also now, who have been going through a lot of weight loss due to the success and increased utilization on weight loss medications and treatment. I’d love to see more content as people are going through all of those changes. It’s a struggle to figure out what works again, and then again and yet again at the various sized and with all of the body changes. Also thinking of ways to get use out of or make wearable in some way, the old clothes in bigger sizes that no longer fit.
A gratitude mindset changes everything, I've also struggled for most of my life with weight and body image but the moment i started focusing on what I'm grateful for in life i started seeing things differently, gratitude emanates from love and it shifts your focus, it helps you heal😌Start incorporating small daily moments of focusing on what you're grateful for, meditations, moments of pause, breathing, observing, journaling, writing little notes to yourself or others...we've so much to be grateful for!! but when we're focusing on what we aren't yet or don't have everything becomes a struggle
