this is what people need: a stylist to help them understand they have a "uniform" and therefore don't need 50,000 things. That will help consumption more than anything we're expecting the fashion houses to do. There are rich people but this is for the rest of us who love fashion but have a budget, and might rather spend it going higher end than more. I saw this lady once who did beige and maroon. She lived in a artist poor rent area and i found how she looked just brilliant, stunning.

I’m a singer songwriter and work from home and need the comfort...It’s going to be really interesting for me now to figure out more while following your videos. Fantastic! A perfectly curated, sophisticated wardrobe that says so much about you. Professional, intelligent and chic. Your editing system has been a real game changer for me. Now I can clearly see what works & why and it makes getting dressed so much easier in the morning. I take your point about duplicates and the reason I had them is that when one goes into the wash, I would have a spare ready. However, with the regulars I can be creative with what I have. I’m curious to know if hats & scarves are a part of your regular accessories too.

Allison. I really believe that you are the best out there concerning editing and styling. I absolutely love your style, and I like a very simple look too...After watching 1 million of these types of shows, I’m really starting to realize that my look is very simple... top and pants and maybe a blazer, so your style is dead on for me! I just love how you show a multitude of different ways to wear different things that you have! Did you say that that necklace came from your grandma? I would love to find something like that that wasn’t too expensive. I really really struggle with jewelry. I almost never wear it, with the exception of small earrings. Your editing video with Violette and your instagram edits have been life changing for me!! I went from being a corporate office worker to a stay home mom, to working from home, and felt stuck in a cycle of getting rid of everything only to buy more stuff again. Your approach to start with pieces I wear all the time FIRST has helped SO much. I can't begin to tell you... I would love to hear more about how you shop - how do you determine whether a piece will fit in your collection? I get stuck in a pattern of duplication... then I get sick of wearing the same thing... and complain I have nothing to wear :D

Such a great video,t thank you! Including the images of complete outfits while you highlighted each piece of your wardrobe truly took me to fashion school. My request is a wardrobe like this but for a curvy ginger who doesn’t wear black, white, grey, or navy. I know what I consider my neutrals and my palette is set but I don’t see capsule wardrobes or minimal wardrobes online that delete those colors...ever. I literally look like I’m dying in those colors. I firmly believe that chic is not about wearing what anyone else wears, it is about the way we see the world. As an artist, a woman of a certain age who knows herself and what looks good on me, and as someone who gets great joy in being unique I know that my style needs to be a reflection of me. I just get stuck in this planning stage because the examples I see are invariably in greyscale. My strawberry blonde hair looks great with greyscale clothes but my SKIN does not. My eyes look fine with greyscale too. But when every shadow or wrinkle is highlighted by certain colors, tones you don’t even enjoy, and people constantly ask if you are unwell when you are thriving...you stop caring what other people think the fashionable colors are. Michael Kors and Meana Garcia can kiss my considerable patootie. I realize most people look best in cool colors but there is no shortage of people doing capsules and minimal wardrobes online for the cool kids. Warm colors are wonderful too and variety is the spice of life. I would love to see your approach to a warm toned wardrobe just once, I think it would really help me. Thank you for reprogramming our brains about fashion...it is SO welcome.

I would love to hear your opinion on mens style. Maybe have a video of celebrity men who’s styles you admire and why? Just an idea. Love your style and advice :)

Love how you don't buy hundreds of things, most of girls on social media seem so tacky to me with that non stop buying obsession and with that Gucci Gucci Gucci syndrome (which to me is the fact of being compulsively buying "luxury brands" items and being so horribly dressed from head to toe with monograms etc )
