Trey, I am still amazed that anglers still don't use backing. When fire line and spider wire came out. Instructions came in the box. Thanks again Trey🎣☮️😎
I’m starting to switch to 131 from 832 on my flip/punch/frog rods. 131 comes in 150yd spools. If I split the spool between 2 reels do you think 75 yards is enough line on each reel? I always use Big Game as backing material.
@@mikethetoolman8776 lol...been around long? Can't have 3% rates forever? I'm enjoying 5.5% on 6 month cd and not complaining! Stock mkt is great...should bought when rates were low.
$100,000 plus for the boat and $80,000 plus for truck that tows it . 3.00$ plus gallon for fuel in each . Yea I’d say shit is over priced and over rated . I think the new IKON bass boat retails at $110, 000 or little less with basic package .
I have the Salamandura SV TW 70 (tatula SV TW 70 with CRBB and Drag Clicker), it throws power finesse well, but I find that it is overbraked slightly heavier bait like 1/4oz and heavier. Is the tatula 70svtw similar?
I have have a elite. Love it. Just cleaned it up it was gross. Your videos helped a lot. I also have a Tatula TWS I caught a damn near 10 lbs bass on. The next fish after the anti reverse blew up. I took it apart and all the rollers fell out, it was in a million pieces. I got a new Anti reverse put it in it works but doesn't, it's not free spinning in reverse like it did before but it will click back half a turn and stop, then another half turn and stop. The side plate is plastic on the TWS could I have stripped it out?
I see you casting that reel so hard on a frog? that why I stop using Daiwa reels ever since my last purchase for ss sv 103.. Daiwa reel are so over break and bulky. but I wish I kept all 4 of the 103. it was so light just sucks on distance!
you think thats hard? Lol The TT frog is pretty "light" for the 736 so the rod doesnt load as easy.. Really easy to change the braking profile.. Just swap out the inductor spring..
@@mikehauck5832 for sure.. I also have kept them on the dash of the truck to soften them up or boil them.. Bit the first gens use a thicker material than the 2nds
I'm a minimalist these days. Down to the 14 rods 4 of those are Swimbait set ups. I throw big Swimbaits 85% of the time. I like Daiwa but I mostly have Shimano right now. I use my Curado 200ks more than anything in Massachusetts. I can throw 3+ ounce Swimbaits no problem. I love your pimped out Daiwas though!! You have an amazing collection bud! Im definitely a little jealous! 😂
My new bearings don't have orange seals. I think they are sealed and the bearings are ceramic, at least that's what I ordered but they seem too small to remove the seals.
I’ll wait another year should be able to get one for 72,000 fully loaded. They’re going to have to come back to reality in prices. You can get a 21, falcon for 72,000 at RMP.
I have A,B,D, and E series Coronarchs. To me, the 101D7's (and Core 101mg/metanium mg7) are hands down the best ever! They still hold their original value in mint condition, after all these years!
I prefer the Sierra 682C for jerkbaits. I just do not like moderate action rods for jerkbaits, you just have to work the rod way to much to impart the action you want on the bait and it wears you out. I prefer a fast rod with a nice supple action and plenty of backbone about a third down the blank. Kaden blanks are stiffer than the Sierra blacks as well. No thank you. The Sierra 682C is the way I prefer to go for jerkbaits with a Dobyns rod
