This guy doesn’t like brown eggs. He’s an antisemite he hates. He is Black people. I’m just kidding. I’m messing with you. I’m messing with you. I’m just joking. I don’t mean anything, but I’m just laughing. Come on come on😂
I got this badboy- special edition in the "smoke" color- love this grill- bought the smoker box b/c of your video - too bad they dont make this part any more- weber cheaping out more and more every year- I think this was one of the best year grill they made
How's your grill doin Brian? I got one in 2012 - in the "smoke" color - special edition - looks new still and I go bananas with the thing. My first weber. How was your old one with the burners side to side? I heard those were the best years weber made. Cheers to a great video sir.
Great video. You need a tiny amount of oil to season though. Just enough to smoke then wipe on a little more until smoking then continue for about five rounds. To each his own though
Thanks for the vid. I’m not trying to be negative but way to much color on the bottom of those eggs. Unless you are making a fried egg there shouldn’t be any brown
Luckily one Ace hardware store out of four Treager distributors in our little 😮Town of Hilo had one rod in stock. Be helpful and inform your dealers to stock these as mine only lasted maybe 20 cooks. It kinda ruined a day that my sister flew all the way out from Boise. She came out for the week but the day I planned the Hawaiian smoke meat wound up on the Weber kettle which is always a good backup. Aloha
Buddy, thank you for this great video. Just.wanted to let you know the replacement rod instructions say to set the rod 3/16”-1/4” exposed end where you mentioned you burned your finger. I have done the same. God Bless
Wow. This many views and likes! This dipshit just ruined every ounce of food he put on the griddle. So fucking dumb. I thought this was a parody video at first. Please do not waste and ruin your food like this idiot with ZERO cooking skills. And don't ever go to the restaurant that hired this prick!
HI Brian, I have tried to find the video on how you made your sausage rack for the Traeger. It looks like the rack is one piece of rod that has been bent. So do you load the rack and then put it in the Traeger or can you load it while it is in the Traeger?
@@BrianEibner Glad to hear all is well my friend - been a subscriber for many many moons - always love your content!! Hmm - great question!! Perhaps something that involves steak, salt, butter, eggs, and cheese!! (onions and peppers are a great additive too!) 🔥🤙
Don't cook your pork roast any higher than 145f. The old recommendation of 165 has been discontinued, and now it's 140. You'll be amazed at how much better it is.
